Jordan N.Leaky roof was causing some water stains in our upstairs bathroom. I originally reached out to Guy Roofing who installed the roof in 2020, but their warranty only lasts 2 years, so they quoted $3800 to replace the rubber pipe boots they installed with perma boots along with ice/rain shielding. Everyone said I was getting ripped off, so I reached out to some other companies for second/third opinions, including Ethan @ Roofers LLC. Not only did he identify the issue causing the leak, but he fixed it AT NO CHARGE.
Do yourself a favor and forget about Guy Roofing. Roofers LLC may not be as ""famous"", but they sure as hell take better care of their customers!
