Best prices in town if you decide to go for a metal roof. Overall, I have what I was expecting: one gable metal roof with no color for low maintenance, one flat roof with insulation, and another flat roof without it.

As I did my research, I also had a few estimates before I found Roofer Mike's website. I could not choose better, because Mike and his assistant did an awesome job. They went an extra mile with a wood work on the front porch for which he did not even charged what any other roofer would.

The porch is beautiful; the house has changed.

Roofer Mike Inc. did an excellent job on replacing the worn out tile roof with a new shingle roof on my grandmother Miami Springs home. They cleared off, replaced and repaired a good portion of the deteriorated wood decking and framing on the roof along with making improvements on the eves.
