Please do not call ROOFCRAFTERS OF SAVANNAH SC/GA for any of your roofing needs. I contracted with them in December, 2019 for a compete new roof. I had problems from day one. They miscalculated the measurement for the number of shingles needed and had to do a revision. They forgot to include the flat TPO section in the contract so I had to pay an additional fee. During installation I received a letter from their supplier threatening to put a lien on my property because they were so far behind in paying their bills. It took over a month to resolve that problem. They completed the shingles section and when they finally came out to do the TPO on my deck I discovered that the material they were ready to install on my deck was not suitable to walk on. They did finally install another product on the flat section that you could walk on. I bought the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty which covered the installation for 25 years.
It was my understanding that it covered the shingles and there was a separate warranty for the flat section. About 2 years ago a buckling section appeared on my deck. I called to have it repaired and this resulted in GAF refusing to cover the repair as an inspection determined that Roofcrafters did not use a GAF product so it fell under the installers warranty. After over a year of constant phone calls and getting no satisfaction I was finally told that the material they used only had a 2 year warranty and It required a yearly maintenance procedure. Therefore, it was now out of warranty. I was told they would give me an estimate on the repairs and I said fine to send me an estimate but was not going to pay anything because I was misled about the product. I have not heard from them since.
As a final note I called to have gutter guards installed and was told that my gutters had not been reinstalled properly after the reroofing and I needed to have a roofer come out and reattach the gutters properly before I could upgrade to gutter guards. Thank you Roofcrafters!!

I recently scheduled an Inspection and Mitch came out and delivered a professional estimate on time as requested. He was a very friendly person to deal with. I have used this company at my last home and I am very pleased with their work.

Absolutely AWFUL. It took them weeks to come fix our pipe leaking on our roof. They were here for less than 30 minutes to fix it. And when they ""fixed"" it, We paid $950 for it to still leak. They came out again after we called multiple times with no answer. here again for less than 30 minutes. (It's under warranty) It's STILL leaking. They have horrible communication skills, clearly cannot do their jobs either. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Currently waiting for them to call back and fix it for a THIRD time. Useless.

Wow!!! These guys are fast. They did a wonderful job. Joseph came out took pictures, we talked about the price for shingles vs metal. He was very thorough. We made a selection and picked a date. Kevin and his team were out bright and early, ready to go to work. These guys did a great job. They were fast and completed the job in one day. The roof looks great. We are very happy.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with RoofCrafters from beginning to end. Patrick made the buying experience super easy. He was thorough in his inspection as well as all explanations. When the crew came to install the roof, they were all very polite and courteous. Kevin insured the project ran super smooth and all of my needs were met. The team did a phenomenal job on the roof installation as well as the cleanup! I would definitely recommend RoofCrafters!

Excellent company. Fully honored warranty and performed exceptional service to my 150-year old roof. I found all employees, from the ownership on down, to be highly ethical and people of their word. Will definitely use again. Performed work for me in November 2018 on an investment property in the Victorian district.

Roof was ""done"" end of 2014, still dealing with issues in 2018. First they came up from Georgia to Tampa ""completed"" the job the same day. They were still working while the sun was setting, it was DARK when they ""finished"" no one returned to inspect the work. My husband called no response. Five months later the same card used to pay for the roof was used at a building supply company in Georgia, in the tune of almost $1500. Contacted Dave voiced concerns via text 7 months no reply. Didn't get a reply until i called and left messages on their fb page and at the office. Set up a date for him to come out and look at job they did, they gave us a date , no call no show. He came out mid December he didn't even go on the roof, matter of factly stating his guys did this and this like he was there. We showed him 3 things, one off which he stated had nothing to do with the roof (my husband had that fixed 2 days later). The other two things seemed very minuscule to him he was like ""oh that's nothing won't take long to fix that, give me to the second week in January.""

Ok March 30 still nothing contacted him again via text no response. Again on April 12 where i stated ""from his silence I guess was ok with me outsourcing the work and he fit the bill"" and he finally replied with ""Yes mam,
You get the work repaired we will pay the bill, we are not set up in Tampa yet.
Sorry for the inconvenience"" his exact words i have all messages including pictures. It wasn't a problem for roofers to travel to Tampa to do the roof however it's a problem for them to travel to fix their mistakes.

September 7th I'm driving in Tampa I spot one of their trucks , look on fb they have a Tampa location. One would think he would've let us know and/or call to see if we got it taken care of. I contacted him again sent him pics told him I see there's a Tampa location now would he send someone out, absolutely he replied. September 20 still nothing so i text once again with no reply. I then called the office. Dakota came out to assess the situation. Dakota and another guy came out on the October 13 to ""fix"" the problems and were unsuccessful. Again I messaged Dave, dismissive as usual no reply. Dakota stated he would return on Wednesday, Wednesday came no call no show, just like his boss. October 25 still nothing from anyone. I guess that runs in this business say one thing do another or in this case nothing. I've tried giving the benefit of doubt, however right now im fresh out of those.

Excellent customer service, what a joke they seriously need a new motto! We're stuck with jacked up edgings/trim whatever it's called the entire house. And a jacked up enclosure ( Dakota tried to say that it wasn't done when the roof was ""fixed"" because Dave told him even though neither of them were there. Dave has been to our house twice, first time in Oct/Nov 2014 second time December 2017. You would think if the enclosure was already like that he would've noted it. Dakota also stated it's just old and needs to be replaced. Funny thing the side where they didn't have to repair and remove any boards is still flushed to the roof and aligned.

Save yourself a headache and keep your hard earned money go elsewhere!

Here are pics of the ""finished"" product. The pic where you see a gap is how it looked after roof was put on. The pic of the enclosure where they didn't have to replace boards, you can see it's still flushed to the roof and aligned inspite of it's age. The pic of the enclosure where u see yellowish stuff is from sealant spray we used to stop the leak after roof was originally done. The alignment wasn't as off as it is now after their visit on the 13th.

NOT an honest company .. they will promise much and deliver less than. They are very disorganized and there is poor communication within the organization. They Do not keep scheduled appointments or inform you of changes. I am sorry I trusted them .. The customer us expected to be a ROOF expert as they will blame your lack of knowledge for their poor service. ( do not recommend )
