Even though RoofCrafters was paid in full, they failed to pay their sub Gulf Coast Supply & Manufacturing who put a lien on my property for $45K

The only Bright Star in the work was Ian Hays who showed up every day including Saturdays to get on the roof with me and supervise the work

Absolutely amazing experience. I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in my kitchen during one of the storms this week. RoofCrafters had stellar reviews so I figured I'd reach out to see if they could have someone evaluate the issue. I submit the online request that night and got a call from the scheduling office the very next morning. They were able to work around my schedule and even had availability that same day.

The estimator, Jerry, was amazing. He communicated that he could arrive early and was very professional the whole time. He did a thorough evaluation on the roof and even showed me pictures of what he found so I could understand better. He sealed some areas that might have been in question and explained what I should look for down the line. He didn't try to sell me anything, which is SO incredibly appreciated. The icing on the cake was that there wasn't even a charge for the evaluation OR the small seals that he did. I'm very appreciative of the thoroughness and his honesty. This is how a company should be.

I had a 21 Year old roof replaced by RoofCrafters approximately 5 months ago. Shawn Bane, Regional Manager/Sales, guided me through the entire process. I began Dialogue 1 year before having the roof replaced. Shawn, along with the Site Supervisor, Chris Buchanan, made this very complex and costly job, go smoothly. I went back and forth with competitors, for approximately 10 Months. In short, RoofCrafters is the best of the best. Shawn showed me the materials being used, and compared them to my original roof. It amazed me that the waterproof layer under shingles was so thick. The RoofCrafter Shingles were twice the thickness of my old ones.
RoofCrafter's 50 Yr shingle warrantee, workmanship guarantee, and courtesy replacement of 3 Plywood sections were also a big plus. If you're looking for a cheaper price, you will likely find it. You will not, however, be able to match the quality of materials, the meticulous install, and an install team as perfectionistic, as RoofCrafters. Site- Supervisor (Chris) was on site for the entire project. I intentionally waited several months to insure no leaks, and not a spec has come through this roof fortress!
The icing on the cake was that RoofCrafters is the ONLY roofing company that did NOT REQUIRE ANY MONEY DOWN! Payment is due AFTER roof is 100% Installed, and inspection is done. So many reviews I read had roofer disappear, after putting down 20-30%. That can't happen with RoofCrafters.
Add to above, that endless emails, texts, and phone calls with Shawn Bane, before, during, and after the contract was signed (over a 1 year period) is truly amazing. The cliché ""You get what you pay for"" can't be more true than RoofCrafters doing their thing..

roofcrafters is the best of the best. They offer a client experience is second to none. I will never go with another company other than Roofcrafters. Their estimators are extremely knowledgeable and their crews are prompt and precise. I know if I ever need anything that they will be around forever. Unlike some other roofing companies who are here today and gone tomorrow and also cannot stand behind their warranties. Crafters is in three states and continues to grow. I will refer them to anybody that has any roofing needs.

I can't say enough good things about Tyler (sales), Jeremy (Project Mgr) and their team. Took on a complex job no one else wanted, found a sub-contractor who was a god-send and RoofCrafters managed all the details of rebuilding a damaged parapet and fascia, as well as installing a seamless TPO membrane roof. I'm 62, so this ain't my first rodeo. They are the best.

BTW, no smoking on-site, no boom-box, no profanity. I didn't even have to ask. On-time every day, no surprises. 100% professional.

Not the cheapest, but worth every penny. Thanks, Tyler/Jeremy/Cesar and team.

RoofCrafters Roofing LLC put a new roof on our home in Hudson, FL; the roof was fine and passed all the inspections. So imagine our surprise when GulfEagle Supply put a $6,000.00 lien on our house as they have not been paid for the shingles. Numerous calls to RoofCrafters have not gotten any response and the lien remains. Beware.

DO NOT HIRE this company unless you are desperate and have no roofing knowledge. The salesman lied to me and the owner lied to the Better Business Bureau when I reported them for false information, costing me $600/yr in homeowners insurance discounts. There were also a couple of mishaps on their part during the project, which cost me my time/labor and extra money out-of-pocket. They promised to reimburse me by crediting my account with the finance company, which I have yet to see. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and find roofers that know EVERYTHING there is to know about a roofing system !!
