I contacted company to replace my roof from hurricane Matthew. It's been months of back and forth calls with roof crafters and USAA. I had to initiate any potential action between roofcrafters and USAA. If I didn't do the calling both companies seemed to be fine. Seems roofcrafters didn't want my business. It's a shame, I really wanted to use this company despite the high price quote because of things I had read. They were unresponsive before they got any money so I can only imagine how responsive they would be after they get paid. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. Find someone else that actually wants your business!
