We had our roof totally replaced in 2020. One of the workers threw a green smoothie into the dumpster and it splashed all over our garage door. They didn't clean it up. When we cleaned it, it had discolored our garage door so we had to try and color match and repaint our whole garage door. 2022 we had a leak in our back bedroom, upon inspection there was a nail pop. Now again, 2yrs after that leak and only 4yrs after getting the roof done we have yet another leak now in the front bedroom. Upon inspection again we have yet more nail pops in different areas and on top of that multiple shingles have divots in them from something being dropped on them yet they still put them on. I am not happy that within a 4yr time span we have had 2 leaks already.

Recently I saw a few posts from neighbors about roofing companies. Roofcrafters received great positive reviews. I figured noone had really given me a definitive price, or date so I called Roofcrafters. The following day Tom came out and gave me a quote. He said mid January. Last week we got a call and they dropped the materials and the next day did the job.
Epic Roofing strung us along and finally said we needed a contractor first to do the work on the soffit which had been in bad shape and deteriorated even before the hurricane came.
Roofcrafters said we got this and no problem and wow! Did they deliver. Best part? Every time I called the office number a real live person answered! These girls were awesome and got you the answers you needed!
Today Jordan showed to do final inspection. There was a tub of tar and some wood materials and 2x4's. I ask Jordan if we could receive a credit and to my surprise he loaded up the truck and later I got a call from Tom telling me we would get an almost $650 deduction. My husband and I were thrilled!

Had an awesome experience with our estimator Jerry Rozen and Jeremy Hall and his crew as they repaired my roof after Ian. My roof and home was the first repaired on my block and your guys made that happen. Awesome service and respectful workers. Did not estimate one price and come up with add on services after the fact.

They helped us find normal again when other vendors just tell you they don't have time to even answer the phone.
