Their workers completed a very beautiful job in 1 day for a fair price. They now have my car blocked in my garage because they haven't removed their trash dump! I can't drive anywhere, I can't even get in my garage to wash clothes. My husband does not have enough room to park in our driveway because we live on Sun City and we have a small driveway. We're using a neighbor's driveway who is away. Hope they don't come home.

Not happy! They better come get their bin soon, or I will call the police and have it towed!

There comes a time to post a review for a company that has done an outstanding professional finish to a job that will last years. How often is it that a customer who contracted with a roofing company having a 5-year warranty that was beyond 7 years and the roofing company returned to fix a problem. I know the customer who related it to me.

I had personal experience replacing my roof with the same company. In 2012 after having reviewed four bids, my gut told me to select Roofcrafters. Some bids were higher, some lower. I realized that a higher bid of $500 divided over a twenty-year period to save $25 bucks a year and go with the cheapest bid was a non-starter for me. My gut said to choose Roofcrafters, and boy was I right. Nicole Corson and Dave Owen are the owners of this business. I live in a community approaching around 18,000 homes and know for a fact that Roofcrafters has replaced and fixed over 2,000 roofs within this community.

After having them replace my roof in 2012, Dave asked me to represent them. I told him I can't do that. He said why not, I said because I don't want any problems, a lot of the residents are my friends. Dave said, did you have a problem with me? I said no, then why do you think I would have a problem with anyone else? I said okay, your right, I will represent you. With all the homes we have done within the community, over 99.99% have never called back because of a problem, and when there was one like the person out of warranty, we returned to fix the problem. In fact on many occasions I have received a call expressing gratitude for a job well done and to pass it on which I always have letting the people know how much they are appreciated for the pride they show in doing first-class work.

Nicole and Dave stand behind their work and as a result have attained an outstanding reputation within the industry and among their peers. What I really admire is how they sent crews down to Panama after a deadly storm had destroyed or torn the roofs off. Their charity work secured my feelings even further. On some occasions I read neighborhood chat boards, looking for a recommendation. You could not have a more honest company that believes in integrity and doing the job right the first time. As a result, Roofcrafters has won many industry rewards.

Most important are Dave and Nicole's philosophy. They strongly believe they are in the service business and are happy to reach out and protect one of the customers most important and expensive possessions. By fixing and replacing a roof is like putting a huge secure umbrella over one's home protecting the rest of the structure from the elements.

When considering fixing a leak or to replace a roof of any type of material, you owe it to yourself to give them the opportunity to meet with you and go over the fine details. You will be happy you did. There is nothing more rewarding than an honest communicative relationship between the customer and company. Could you please tell your store in Bluffton to correct their phone number on YELP? They've been told many times that they've posted my wife's number but they've never fixed it. She gets calls all the time. My wife is very nice and usually tells the caller but doesn't always have the time so I'm pretty sure they're losing business over it. Their number has 323 in it not 343! Thanks!

One of the finest, if not the finest company I have worked with since we moved here from out West. In 2015 we came to an agreement to replace the roof we had on the house we recently purchased. Their representative, Mitch, is a real professional. After interviewing 2 other companies his price was very competitive. We both felt comfortable doing business with them. They replaced the entire roof, which part was from 1998, the original date the house was built. Whenever we have had any followup issues they are quick to respond and make the essential repairs. We recently experienced a small leak around the chimney in the attic after Hurricane Dorian. I called their office on Thursday at 9AM. To my pleasant surprise someone called me back to acknowledge my call and Mitch called back to set a time for Friday AM. Now that is service. He is planning on setting a time to send out a crew to do the necessary repairs. We are very impressed. Would recommend, and have to a neighbor who too used them to replace their roof, to anyone who asked about a referral for a roofing company. RoofCrafters is NUMBER 1!!

Paid $6000.00 for a new roof after Hurricane Mathew. Fist I came home to a huge hole in my husbands office. They came and fixed it. Then my entire dinning room ceiling leaked. After they finally came and fixed it i still got stuck with wet carpeting I had to have professionally cleaned and they didn't do anything for the inside ceiling. Now my bathroom ceiling leaks. 3 storms later they still haven't come and fixed it nor have they even called to schedule when they might come. So eventually they will come fix the leak but who is going to fix the inside ceiling that is going to rot from water damage?

My roof was on its last leg. All of the 5 quotes I solicited were priced in the 5 digits ballpark, with a 4-6 week wait. Roofcrafters to the rescue; they were the low price leader (by a lot) and scheduled it for the following week. Then they sent this amazing 7 person crew that attacked my old roof like a Sharknado and completed the job on the same day. The sales rep (Mitch) was there to oversee the process and followed up after completion. Workmanship was superb, materials have a 50 year warranty, cleanup was great (a crew even came back a week later to pick up any loose nails and blow the pine straw true off the roof...for the second time...unsolicited). These guys are amazing. No one works harder. Exceeds expectations.
