this company was great. from the first contact, until the last, they were very professional. there were about 6 folks working, non-stop and put our roof on in record time. started at 6am, finished at 2 pm. and it was quality work, clean up. they did an awesome job in the relentless scorching heat. I would definitely recommend Roofclaim!

Tyler Marbry came by very nice guy who turned into a harassing bully. Tyler came by looked at the roof just three days went by while we were waiting for adjuster to come and I had to have surgery (so everything kind of got put on hold til the next week)other roofers that were looking at houses in our area dropped off information put signs on our lawn. Tyler assumed we went, with someone else. We had not bc all was on hold after my surgery. Then he texted me that I could've been ""honest""and said we went with another roofer which we had not if you want to company to harass you call this company.

Do not use this company !! I would not recommend this company to anyone I know . Terrible customer service and quality of work. They use the cheapest of the cheapest companies to subcontract the work out to . I've found many many nails after the project was completed and many more to this day everytime it storms and is windy out . They damaged three of my security cameras as well and deny that they did the damage! Stay away from this company!

If we could turn back time, we'd never have had work done on our roof. The roofers put a hole in the refrigerant line for our AC and we returned to a hot house in September. In Florida.
We ended up with a $2700 repair bill that RoofClaim refused to reimburse us for.
And it took us telling our contact with the company we were holding on to the final payment from the insurance company until we heard from them about the repairs before we got an answer.
Don't use them. They don't repair what they break.

Solicited business in our subdivision (door to door) all last year. We have signs posted No Soliciting, but they still knock on our doors. Their salesperson knocked on my door (that has a No Soliciting sign on the front door) and proceded to show me a photo of my roof that was missing several shingles on one side. I told him I wasn't interested and to respect the no soliciting sign. Had a well known roofing company come out and inspect my roof for ""missing"" shingles. There were NO missing shingles and my roof was in great condition! A few days later another roofing company knocked on my door with the SAME photo advising me of missing shingles. Hmmm I guess they share the same photo to get people to authorize a new roof through their insurance company. I would never use them or trust them. Buyer beware. Due to their overselling of roofs in our area, everyones property insurance has doubled.

First they deliver the material and stack it all blocking my gate. So now I have to move it to get to my trash cans and to move my boat and trailer so they have the access to the property that is required by them. Second they were supposed to install today but canceled due to weather which is not a big deal it happens. The problem I had was no one called to inform me that the canceled. I did not find out about it being canceled until I reached out to them at 830 they require no one on the property fro 6am until they are complete so my wife and 3 and 1 yr old left the house at 545 am to follow the requirements and come to find out 3 hr later it canceled

Stay away! They tarped my pool to keep out debris using my lawn furniture and pots taken out of my landscaping! Needless to say everything sunk to the bottom of the pool costing me over $300 to get cleaned and now have rust stains on the bottom of my pool from nails. No one will return calls. They also did not replace half of the drip edges and took them with them. The cuts in the drip edge that they did do leaves room for water intrusion. I have reported this to the insurance company. Do not use!

Izzy was extremely professional! He was never pushy he was very patient even when I asked to hold off to research the company, the guys that did the work were very professional no cussing they were all properly equipped and had the right equipment. They really went the extra mile to clean up and make sure all our concerns were taken care of, this work was done in Melbourne. I highly recommend you ask for Izzy and get him to take of things. Roof looks great I will update in a few months let you know how it's holding up

I called Jasper today to get a quote on a new roof and the guy asked me a bunch of questions about letting them go and sign over my rights to the insurance payments from any money I was going to get from my insurance company sounds like a real rip off for me the customer becareful dealing with this company I got a bad feeling when I got a return call from them saying they couldn't do anything for me at 8:45pm at night and what they were saying
