We were very pleased with this company, Joe Palladino was WONDERFUL - so helpful and considerate, Always returned calls, was honest and it was done quickly. The crew was polite and worked very hard and took care in putting the roof up and the clean up afterwards was perfect. All questions were answered and the procedure was explained in detail. I would recommend Jasper to anyone who is looking for a company of caring personnel. Very Happy with the results.

A few days before the Hurricane, another Jasper emotes in uniform and company vehicle came to my house where it specifically States on my door, no Soliciting and persistently harassed me by trying to offer me a roof. Being a current heart patient he, didn't care and caused me stress and duress. I even stated and showed him he is on camera and didn't show consideration at all. His focus was selling a service I didn't want. I spoke with a employee and made another complaint hoping it will stop. Jasper, please leave me alone.

Do not use this company! Completely dishonest, horrible customer care. I would recommend going to Glassdoor.com. Once you get past all the fake reviews you'll see that they treat their employees horribly as well. Again, do.not.use.this.company!

Wish I could rate a zero. I was not shopping for a roof...sales associates were in the neighborhood going door to door saying that they are looking for people with wind and hail damage to their roof from January. Long story short, I didn't read the fine fine print and signed, I wanted out of the contract, and their ""legal representative"" basically told me that if they didn't do the roof, then I would have to pay $2500 cancellation for for their time and professionalism. I was told I was signing to give them permission to pull permits when in essence I gave permission for them to do that and have authority to speak to my insurance company and have the check made payable to Jasper. You can not change your mind after 3 days and they control your roof and your money. I felt bullied, belittled, and no understanding. It's all about the contract and the money. Gone are the days where people care about human beings and not about swindling people, high pressure sales, taking money from insurance companies, and not letting a person say they don't want the company to do the work. I am nauseated, sick, and have high anxiety over this. I have never felt this taken advantage of before all because ""I signed the paper contract"". So hurt....i didn't go looking for a roof, they kept knocking on my door.

I am sure there will be a condescending message left by Jasper about how this is all my fault for not reading and I was emotional and they tried to explain to me and how a contract is a contract. That they are this big reputable company. If they are so big and have so much money why won't they let my little 1200 square foot home out of the contract. They have done no work on my house yet. But I know the message will say this is all my fault. I just want another roofing company to do the work. I do not trust in this process. I need to feel comfortable but they don't care. I think I am going to need to go to the hospital for emotional distress over feeling pressured with no way out but to loose all that I don't have to give.

This company has no respect and rips people off. Our community has many senior citizens on limited income. They have quoted several of them considerably more than other companies for the same work and from all the reviews, it appears their quality is TERRIBLE. I recommend Gold Key Roofing of Orlando any day. Also Jasper's staff keeps leaving door hangers and harassing neighbors to hire them. We've called, emailed and sent them numerous notifications to stop this and to adhere to the NO SOLICITING signs at the entry of all of our neighborhoods; yet they continue to harass our area. More need to complain and file suit against them. They are a horrible company with awful business practices!

I had my roof done by this company in August of 2015. Due to the recent storm in Jacksonville FL, the heavy rain left a small leak. I called they REFUSED to honor their two year Warranty they gave me. The customer service agent MAGGIE had the nerve to tell me to file another claim with my Insurance agent. They got paid a lot of money for the roof that they put on, & they had know problem PICKING UP THE CHECKS. They would not even send out an agent to take a look at the roof. Yet they advertise FREE INSPECTIONS. PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE of this company, they LACK INTEGRITY. I think they are storm chasers. I am a very angry customer, who now has to find a Lawyer.

Folk, if you're looking around the internet to do your due diligence on this company...PLEASE take heed to my warning!! You will be sorry the day you choose to do business with Jasper Contractors, Inc. I wish I had done my homework and checked Jasper out before signing their contract. My husband and I are very upset and displeased with the work that was done on our home. We just recently had our roof replaced on 10/4 and the work was put to the test as the storm was passing FL...with little rain and wind in the area, we started leaking in the family room!! I called the company several times and even sent emails with pics. My husband went into the attic to inspect the roof from the inside and took a pic of the decking showing an obvious gap!!! Finally got a lady to call me and was basically shouting with a condescending tone. When I mentioned that I will not release any check until my roof is completely repaired with no leaks, she threatened that they will put a lien on our home and could foreclose on us if we don't pay them $14,000...for a leaking roof!!! I am now forced to contact Channel 9 to help other homeowners avoid this trash of a company and file complaints with the Consumer Protection Bureau and/or Dept. of Financial Protection. You have been forewarned...When you see their red pickup trucks prowling your neighborhood...RUN!!! They are a roofing company by volume...they don't care about satisfying their customers and puts QUANTITY over QUALITY!!!

BUYERS BEWARE !!

Scammers !! They come to your door with the excuse your roof needs repair, when it actually doesn't. Then, after it's been proved by the insurance company, they keep coming back and won't take no for an answer. I'm glad the job didn't go thru, as other reviewers had leak problems after they had their roof ""repaired"" by this shady company. Stay away from these scammers.. You've been warned !!

Came by the house a few times after a relatively minor hailstorm claiming damage to my roof - played along and had my insurance adjuster (as well as his boss) inspect and validate that there was no damage to my roof. Apparently Jasper plays the numbers and has a horrible reputation of artificially amping up claims to try and grab insurance dollars to pay for minor roofing damage. To make matters worse, over the past several months, I have had Jasper salespeople ringing my doorbell at least four times per week (no exaggeration) trying to sell me a new roof. Multiple calls to the corporate office have been fruitless and I am at the end of my rope. I have a message into Todd Ulrich from WFTV (he did an investigative report on this company for the same problem) as well as to the Florida Insurance Commissioner. All I want is to have these people stop ringing my doorbell.

All of this activity is over a minor storm that hit Kissimmee way back in March and still, I am getting the multiple visits per week. Have contacted the Osceola County Sheriff and they say that not much can be done.

If a company is this shady with their sales practices, I wouldn't trust their quality of construction - just saying.

BEWARE of this company, Jasper Roofing (Jasper Contractors).
This is based on my experience:

Jasper Roofing/Contractors, you are out of control and you need to stop!
Enough is enough!

Your representatives have come by my house in the past different times. Not only leaving their advertising hanging on the door but also knocked. Told them many times that not interested.

On Wednesday, June 9, 2016, an advertisement was left at my door again. I put it in the garbage like always do. Then later on the same guy who left the advertisement came back and knock on the door to make sure got the advertisement.
Are you kidding me?

He has done the same thing to everyone on my road.

Your company started working on a roof on a house on my street yesterday and now a bunch of them have been going door by door and parked their cars down the road for no reason.

I do know who I will not be calling if I ever need roof work done.
You seem to take no for an answer.

I am not the only one that is not happy with your company because of this.
Posted about it on a private group on Facebook we have for the neighborhood and people say the same thing. That the same has happened to them.

As you can see, this company are not very well liked.

I have contacted the Homeowner Association about this to see what they can do about you.

Again, BEWARE of this company and I recommend not to do business with them and deal with another company.

This has been my opinion based on my experience.
