I would love to give them a negative 5!!!!!! They will not fix my roof leak, the sale person lied about pricing, had a dispute so held of on payment. I then paid them in full, they got over $16k for a 1900 square foot home with outdated 3 tab shingles. They still won't fix the leak claiming that I owe $714 in lien charges. The roof was installed on March 29, 2018. Started to leak within 6 weeks. They are refusing to remove the lien of my home. The state needs to really shut them down. DO NOT USE!!!!!

After paying for the new roof they contacted my insurance co. for more money without me knowing about it. they got the extra thousand plus and are still coming after me for more yet. i wish i had read reviews first. i would stay clear.

DO NOT USE!!!! Yes they can get you a new roof through insurance. But other quality roofing companies can too. You will find yourself having to get a new one again because the workmanship is crap. We have now have had two leaks from our brand new roof they installed. They will not fix! The warranty is a scam. Need more info. I would be happy to share!

Do not sign a contract with this company. The door to door promise for a new roof on the insurance's tab and coaching prior to the call to my insurance should have been a red flag. Their right hand doesn't talk to their left and they couldn't follow through with the banks instructions for us to deposit the check. A month later I am now having to pay cancellations fees of $2500 just to start over with a reputable company. They obviously are too busy to take care of customers need. In the end when you look at the numbers they are getting overpaid for the job they are a doing and then write in to the contract that you have to pay them your deductible. Never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: This showed up at my mother's house out of the blue. Hurricane damage was evident in the entire area. The salesman saw a couple of shingles on the front porch (before actually knocking on the door) and then proceeded to go on the roof without her permission. He took pictures and said the roof needed immediate attention. He said the damage was visible from the road. IT WAS NOT. Because of her frightened state of mind she signed a ""contract"". Now they are saying ""pay $2,500.00 to get out of the contract"". The company has been doing this strong arm tactics all over Polk County and Hillsborough FL. Calling the company you are confronted by rude customer service agents or managers. This company is preying on the elderly and that is criminal fraud. Lawyers are now involved. Again, DO USE THIS COMPANY. IF A RANDOM PERSON FROM JASPER ROOFING SHOWS UP, TELL THEM YOU ARE INTERESTED AND THEN CALL POLICE AND HAVE THEM TRESPASSED.

I called the company to request an inspection for damage due to Irma. On the company automated phone answering machine they give you an option for a free inspection of your roof (#1 on the dial). I was told, due to Irma, that they would need a cash deposit or insurance company information for them to even come out and diagnose the roof. After discussing this with them the free inspection that they originally offer as policy is no longer valid and cash or insurance is due upon appointment. Essentially, we have so many appointments we don't care.

I called Westchase Roofing and they were very accommodating. I will be replacing my roof either way but NOT with this company and I will feel free to tell all of my neighbors.

Avoid this company. Salesman came to my home to give me free quote. Told me about how the insurance company would pay and that I only had to pay deductible. When I told him I was going to pay cash, he said he needed to talk with his supervisor. Then advised me they only did insurance work and would not even look at roof for estimate. What a scam! If really a reputable company, why would they not take cash. Missed a bullet on this one, glad it did not work out. Would advise everybody avoid like the plague!

These people have come to my house over 5 times, telling me about a law In florida for roof replacement (and they could not cite the law - Its statute 611.1.1 in case that helps you guys, and it was misrepresented in how it was explained to me) and coaching me on what to say when/if an insurance adjuster comes out. Fraudulent, and the next time they step foot on my property I'll be calling the police for trespassing.

They get a 1 star only because there isn't an opportunity for negative stars. Stopped at the house to tell me about insurance covering the damage to my roof. Told them I had already talked to insurance and they would not replace roof, just shingles, due to the age of the roof. He told me he could get it replaced if I signed a contract to let them do the work AND he was with me when I talked to insurance. When I told him I needed time to lol the contract over, he did leave but has been back several times along with almost daily Jasper salespeople stopping and knocking on my door. This company is a perfect example of why our insurance rates are so high. After another salesman being pushy with my wife's mom today. They are going to start getting trespass warnings when they come on my property. This is a scam. Pushy salespeople with predator sales tactics. Hopefully when they see a reputable roofer doing our roof tomorrow they will get the idea.

FYI... Going door to door informing homeowners their roof needs replacing and coaching the homeowners on what to say to their insurance company in order to get their roofs replaced is fraud.
