I wish I read the reviews before; new roof installed July 2022 looks bad drip edge messed up ridge vents messed up roof leaked shingles scarred and crooked wrong vents installed pleaded fro months for them to fix they made two attempts september and november roof still looks bad and they disappeared refuse to take any of our calls, emails letters even when a life safety issue was a concern then they placed a lien on our home and filed suit against us for the remainder of what we would owe them if they installed the roof as they promised and backed with their million dollar gaurantee. They are bullys scammers do not use. Anyone interested in a class action law suit against these unethical scammers who do terrible work they should not be allowed to do business in our state or any other if this is how they treat people and this is the shoddy work they do. DO NOT USE

gosh I wish read the reviews. what a terrible company.... roof has leaked multiple times- they take no ownership of their work- and most of all- will leave you to repair... really really bad .. don't make the mistake we made .. scam artists

Our account manager, Rikk Berrara, was a God send. I noticed water stains in my ceiling and started getting quotes. Among 4 reputable roofing companies, I received for different quotes. From just paint the stains, there is no roof damage...to you need a new roof and the ceiling with water stains needs to be ripped out and replaced ($28,000). I remembered my brother telling me that he used Roofclaim.com, and it was such an easy process. Rikk Barrera showed up at my door and explained the entire process. Once I had a claim number, they took over and dealt with the insurance company. It was awesome. Rikk gave me updates on everything. He used text messages, phone calls, and email to let me know the status of what was happening with my claim. Exactly 30 days from the day I made a claim, I had a new roof. The date of installation, around 6:00 a.m. a group of nine workers showed up and began the process of putting the roof on, And at 1:30 p.m., they were loading back in the van and pulling off with a beautiful, complete roof. By Rikk dealing with the adjuster, the insurance company and the workers, It made the whole process stress-free. I got a complete roof in one day for $1,000, which was my deductible. Horrible. Do not use these incompetent insurance scamming snakes. Put on a new roof for me and I now have five leaks because of their shoddy work. Nail pops. Poorly wrapped vents where water is just coming in everywhere. On top of that, these lowlife, conniving thieves didn't even put the same colored shingles on my roof. Scam. Stay away. They want to make money off your insurance company and then do a cheap half-assed roof on your house. They say my warranty is voided. They don't stand by their work even when pictures show they did a horrible job

Absolutely horrible. They replaced my roof just 3 years ago. It's leaking and they refuse to fix their own garbage work. Please do yourself a favor and find another company. This has been nothing but a nightmare. I'm out thousands of dollars because of their terrible work. Avoid !!!! Go with any other company.

The worse company to work. Fernandez, Rafael lies to me and tried to scam the insurance company to overpay for the roof and on top I had to pay my own deductible. I cancelled and now I have been charged $3,000 for the roof inspection and quote. This is a scam and I will complain to the BBB. Do not deal with them ever.

To your response. Look under Breno Cardoso and you will find. I got an excessive charge for a quote. I have emailed you guys asking for an itemized charge to see why I am paying almost $3,000 for a quote and a few pictures. I was sent an electronic contract and signed but missed the part that leave an open way for you to charge whatever you want and like I mentioned I was charged a ver excessive amount. Still waiting on the email back so I can forward to my lawyer.

I was a little worried about using this company. I look at the review and it really freaked me out. Then i met jeff Williams. He was honest and straight forward. Had a friend (lawyer ) look into company and what do u know. I getting a new roof for 500 dollars. I'm so happy i recommended him to every in my neighborhood and everyone is happy If Jeff from jasper contractors is in your neighborhood. Knock on his door. U will be happy

Avoid this company! They put a nail hole in my AC refrigerant line. Line was clearly visible on outside of house. Called Jasper for assistance --they refused! Would not even come out to inspect. Will cost me over $1,000 to fix line and recharge AC.
