Insurance Fraud

This company is going door to door leaving letters for home owners with older roofs insinuating that their home insurance policy might cover wind damage and score them a free roof.

THIS IS WHY OUR INSURANCE RATES ARE GOING UP! Please do not use this disgustingly dishonest company and replace your old roofs yourselves!

totally a waste of money the if you are tired of throwing money away with all the lead generation companies and appointment setting company, then don't come here for a lucky break!! talk a big game then the quality if crap!!! so frustrated thousands of dollars down the drain yet again and not a single job from them. yes they booked me appointments but ever single one was super low income, NO MONEY, NO CREDIT for financing AND NO WAY OF REPLACING A ROOF...

plus sev times I was told by different homeowners they sent me to that they were told that we had a government program assistances to get there roof done that is why they sig up for the estimate.....?????

this company needs to be Xed if you ask me. more of a scam in my opinion.

Guy blew off twice before he showed up. Friendly in person, but literally lied to me about something I knew to be false after our meeting and when I asked him about it he indeed say that the information was false and he was just trying to get a face-to-face meeting with me again. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

A neighbor recommended Roof X after they replaced their roof so we decided to give them a try and we are glad we did! Dan Davis (who was very knowledgeable and professional) took us through the entire process and even guided us through the insurance claim process. Our shingles were special ordered and when the day came to install them, Israel and his crew arrived and did the entire job in one day! They were hard working, courteous and professional. After they completed the job they were very thorough in removing any and all debris, especially roofing nails. All in all Roof X exceeded our expectations and we recommend them highly!

Roof X website was easy to navigate and clean. A pop-up offered for me to send a text and promised they would write back to me. I was a little hesitant but gave it a try. A Roof X employee responded immediately and it went well from there!
Our home project was smaller than most and I was afraid a company wouldn't bother with us based on a low return on investment. Roof X personnel were all professional and kind, regardless of the size of the project, which earned my utmost respect. They helped with everything I needed. I recommend them to anyone who needs roofing help.

I had roof damage after Hurricane Irma. I called Roofx and Rene was quick to get in touch with me. After meeting with him, and checking his credentials, I decided to use him. He helped me through selecting the right roof and got me put on the repair list quickly. Rene was always responsive to emails and inquiries and was always very professional. He did what he said he would do and let me know of any variations of plans (the supplier was delayed a few days in delivering supplies). They did a great job!!! I am recommending to everyone. I wish all of the contractors I've used were like these guys. A+++

His crew did an amazing job, they cleaned up after themselves, Rene actually worked with her insurance company directly too.
