We had a new roof installed from Roof US last year around this time. Roof installation was fine but they left the plants in the front of my house torn up and when I complained they returned with one plant to replace the many they destroyed and some mulch. I was told they were not in the landscaping business but I replied back that they are in the business of protecting customers properties. Although I appreciated their effort it was not enough. Fast forward a year, there seems to be some issues with the rood singles right above my front door, discoloration or something that I was not able to remove with a water hose. I have called several times and spoke with multiple people with promises of a return call from a manager. A week later I am still waiting on that call and for someone to come take a look at the issue and present a resolution. Horrible customer service and seems they take no responsibility for warranty work.
