I'm giving them a 1 star because of a failed warranty issue. I had my roof installed several years ago and they sell you that they are a ""master elite"" installer and 30 yr warranty. They also have on their website that they treat you like family. long story short, I filed a warranty claim with GAF and they pick this company, the same company that installed my roof to inspect it. They came out and inspected my home but never sent GAF the inspection. The rep from GAF and myself attempted to contact RTS of wintersprings several times and all we get is a run around. I was told they will call me back both times I called and never they contacted me back. Certainly a company that ""treats you like family"" would return calls but I guess it depends on which side of the family you are.

A new roof was installed about 5 years ago and it's leaking again. The company is saying that they only warrant certain parts of the roof. Who does that????

Our condo community got a bid from Roof Top to replace roofs on two buildings - the quote was $35,000.00.

The final bill we had to pay was $49,000.00. Oops! Unexpected cost overruns.

Judge for yourself if you would have them do your roof job.

Doug was great, the workers worked super hard and did a really good job ( verified with a roofer friend of mine ). The only complaint I have is dealing with the supplemental check. They ended up getting more money than I was expecting. Lets see if this roof holds up. Stay tuned.

Ryan Frank came by my house to take a look at a leak I had near my chimney. Roof Top Services fit me on their schedule despite being backed up nearly 3 months on service work. Ryan identified a couple of problems within minutes and then after about 10 more minutes told me he had fixed the problems. I inspected the areas that had been leaking during the next rain storm and they were dry. Couldn't be happier.

This company would not compensate the satellite dish that they threw on the ground. They was lack of communication between sale person and sale office. I changed my mind to replaced the gutter. I went to the office make sure that I don't want to change gutter before they come do the work. When I got home all the gutter was down, 15 minutes later the sale person was storming mad pounding on my door said I should tell him instead of office.

Terrible company. I needed a simple skylight replacement. Shane measured and ordered wrong size, meanwhile they'd already torn out the old skylight, so they put a temporary one in until new one was ordered. A MONTH LATER I called to see what was going on, and Shane said the new one had arrived and they would be out to install it that week. ANOTHER MONTH LATER, they still hadn't installed it! I called and complained and they finally came out. Meanwhile the bank check I had to pay them with had expired, so I said I would mail in the payment. Within a week I got a collection call from their office because they hadn't received the check! They hung me up for THREE MONTHS on one little job, but couldn't wait a week for the check to arrive! Rude and unprofessional.

Do not use this company! They do sloppy work. They didn't replace all the vents. When I talked to the owner, he hung up on me. They pictures show it all!! Now I have to hire another company to fix there mess!
