We had Roof Time complete a re-roofing of my father's property that included transitioning from Shake to architectural shingle. At the time of quote, we were not aware that he had serviced the roof years earlier to try and maximize the existing roof. As in the past, we found the work to be exceptional and the quote to be extremely reasonable. The delivered on time and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. They encountered some additional work that exceeded the scope of the initial quote, but still honoured the initial bid since it didn't add additional days. I live in Seattle and needed a detailed breakdown of work and material and Allan was great explaining everything in detail. This was the 3rd roofing job I had to deal with this year so I was up to speed on what was reasonable and Roof Time exceeded all expectations. Thank you for the excellent job and service!
