Roof tech certified my roof 9 mo. Ago since then I've had several leaks and damage to my celiing. Getting someone out to fix the problem has been impossible

Roof Tech was contracted by the seller or seller's agent in 2016 to issue a roof certification as a purchase condition by the buyers. There was a code violation regarding the swamp cooler regarding excessive sealant on the legs. This was not identified but rather to add more sealant. In 2018 a water leak went down the leg and entered the lower bedroom. One the sealant was removed from the legs the rusted legs were so bad they could not support the unit. Also exposed were three layers of roofing. The third layers is a coded violation. Additionally, the roof structure is not build to support a third layer. Rotten plywood roof sheathing was seen that was a result of years of roof leaking. The city building department also stated that the excessive sealant on the vertical pipes and vents should have been an indicator to a licensed roofing contractor of the high possibility of sub layers of roofing. Ridgecrest, according to records, averages 14 days of rain with 4 inches total. Make sure you get the right roofing contractor to inspect your roof. Then have another roofing contractor make the repairs. The expense of a new roof is something a new buyer does not want. Now, we wait to see if mold may also be an issue. So ... He was very responsible fixing the roof again and did a great job (yes, it has blown again and it stayed on!). So, it seems to me that his only real fault is not answering the phone or returning calls; he doesn't really keep you informed about his schedule and plans with your project. I hope (for future customers) that he improves that and doesn't let that detail/effort drop his ratings on yelp. If your roof is kaput, he will fix it well.

Roof tech did an overlay on our roof. They did an excellent job at a great price. The workers were very polite. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Have a two year guarantee with these people. 1st fix for a repair which cost me new carpet in the entire house, new wall, insulation, paint, and ceiling. Now after the ""fix"" same issue maybe not the new carpet but wall, insulation, paint and ceiling. Good job on the fix(sarcasm). Now cant reach them as the phone is always busy??!!
