We needed siding replaced in some areas of the house along with completely re-doing the chimney and trim. They gave a reasonable quote and came in a little higher than other quotes. The good thing is they had the siding that matched ours!! We had called numerous companies about matching the siding on our 35 year old home and no one had it. We we so happy that PGRS had it! The crew worked all day and actually finished all but the painting. Couple days later completed the painting and matched the color perfectly. We were very impressed. Kudos to Grant Gower who saw this through til the end. Very professional.

Ariel did a thorough inspection of my attic and roof. took pictures and explained the best way to resolve my issue. we signed the contract today, with a great finance deal. Ariel is fantastic!

I needed some siding replaced on the dormers of a house I just purchased and found PGRS through Angi.com. I had gotten a couple of quote from other companies that seemed high to me. Ariel De La Trinidad with PGRS came out a couple of days later and gave me a quote which I thought was fair. He explained the process and was friendly and very thorough in his communication. The guys came out about a week later and replaced the siding and painted it with the paint I provided. Workmanship looks great and it was done quickly. Great experience! I would definitely use them again.

We had another roofing contractor inspect our roof and say we needed a new roof. He spent less than 5 minutes on our roof, so I wanted a 2nd opinion. TJ came out and inspected our roof. He was very professional. He inspected the roof and the attic. He explained there was evidence of past issues that were repaired. Overall, it looked good and did not need a replacement or a repair. I appreciate the honest communications from this company, and they did not try and sell me a roof I did not need. It speaks to the solid reputation PGRS exhibits as a company.

We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!!

From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He did not rush the first meeting and took the time to address all my concerns and questions. He was able to answer every question I had and provide realistic/ accurate timelines for our project.

Since our roof damage was due to weather, we were working with our insurance company through the process, which Jason made himself available to support whenever we requested. Jason took the time too meet with our insurance adjuster and walk him through his review and assessment of the roofs state. I believe that Jasons knowledge and presence upon the insurance inspection was the key reason that our insurance covered as much as they did. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with.

In the end, we were very happy with PGRS, and their entire team, including Ceslie and Kelly in the office! We recommend PGRS above anyone else!!

Sent a letter to the owner and explained the disappointment with the lack of follow through. Didn't hear anything as expected. But this morning PGRS Roofing contacted me. The this was a miscommunication line immediately was used. To be honest, for a moment it almost felt like I was going to be at fault.

Apology was offered. Then more excuses masked as reasons for why a roofing company couldn't or wouldn't take on a roof repair. At least they called. But in the end it was too little too late. Told them again, cannot and will not recommend PGRS.

If you promise something, then follow through. If not, well then you lose more than customers. It means your word isn't worth anything.

Scheduled for my free estimate. Representative was late arriving for the estimate. I had to leave to go to work. Representive was at my house for about an hour according to my son. Told him that he would be in touch. Two weeks later rep call and wants to go over the quote. I told ok how about 6 pm. Wasn't there at 6:15 pm, so I left, I had things to do. I get a phone call from rep at 6:45 pm. 45 minutes late. No other phone call for an apology.

Quite disappointed on the basic level of professionalism displayed by this company. They are supposedly rated by Owen Corning as a Platinum dealer. I scheduled an appointment roughly a week in advance and waited for their representative Jason to show. He is running about 30 minutes late and gives me a courtesy call. Then basically never shows up or calls again. I call his home office to make an inquiry to what happen no one calls me back. Then I receive a call two days later that he came by my house, parked with a driveway full of cars, but no one answered. This is absurd on many levels because I never left my house that day. Maybe I should consider this a lucky omen, if this is a foreshadowing of their business practices.
