Roof Smart recently replaced our old roof. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The quote and sales process was seamless and everything promised was delivered on time and on budget. Everyone we worked with from the sales folks, the office staff, delivery crew, the roofing crews and cleanup crew were all professional, courteous, well trained and hard working. Couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommend Roof Smart !

We hired Roof Smart to replace the shingles on our damaged roof. Frank Konners our salesman was outstanding from the start and followed through with everything promised. The two crews that removed and replaced were outstanding they were always on time cleaned our property after the work was completed. The office staff always kept us informed from the very beginning of the job and made sure we were happy. Both inspections from the county were on time ! Roof Smart exceeds my expectations and we are so happy we selected them.

After receiving a few quotes from some other local roofing companies I decided to get one more from Roof Smart and am SO glad. They answered in a professional manner, were able to come out and give an estimate right away and explained their process simply while valuing my time. Everything was very convenient.

The actual process went just as smoothly as promised, as well as keeping it very clean. I have a little one who loves to run in the grass barefoot and was shocked at how well they did wrapping up the project. I couldn't find a single loose nail or left over pieces anywhere and I was very thorough. They had wonderful follow up. And I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them.

I didn't use roofsmart ..I wish I did. After comparing quotes, I decided to get elsewhere. They seemed about 2k high. What I didn't know, was that their estimate was accurate. My guy was cheaper but gave me 2k in extra charges (and trashed my driveway). Roofsmart may sound high off the start, but they have very little if any hidden expenses. Keep this in mind or you'll ending up doing part of your own roof like I ended up having to do.

I did my research and asked my neighbor who used Roof Smart, about her experience and she was pleased. I found that this is an A + Company, so I decided to pay extra and hire them, to replace a shingle roof with a few extra architectural angles, which are not overly dramatic and should cause no big complications or giant increase in price. Well this company went for both, stating that it has so many cuts and causes complications and the cost would go up because of the complicated design. The house is a simple `L' shaped design with one raised window over the dining room. I agreed to pay more as I thought I was hiring an A+ company.
$22K for a 2600 sa ft house.

I cant say enough good things about the crew that came out and actually did the work. They were self contained, professional and efficient. They did an excellent job. They are the only good thing I can say about this A+ company, and it is very clear that these people, are the only professionals this company has working for them and they are clearly outsourced.
Now about ROOF SMART.........

DEC 22D OF 2018 THEY DELIVER SHINGLES AND ROOF ROOLS WITHOUT NOTICE OVER CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS
THE DELIVERY TRUCK DOES MAJOR DAMAGE TO PAVER DRIVEWAY
( IM WRITING THIS TODAY BECASE I AM FINALLY HAVING IT FIXED FOR $2800.00)
THEY SENT AN UNLICENSED PERSON WITH NO EXPERIENCE TO QUICKLY TRY AND PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND PROMOSED THEY WOULD FIX IT REPEATEDLY. ( lies from all staff, only because they have to lie, to smooth it over.....ITS GROSS AND YOU FEEL SORRY FOR THEM)
Even with the problem with the driveway, I STILL TRUSTED THEM AND asked for an estimate for new gutters, ( thinking they will fix the driveway and I can hire them for the next job to do the gutters)
I ASKED FOR THE GUTTER ESTIMATE AT LEAST 10 TIMES, IM STILL WAITING. 7/2/2019 WELL OVER A YEAR LATER
THE WORST PART!
THEY CUT A HUGE PORTION OF THE STUCCO OUT OF MY HOUSE WITHOUT ASKING. They then tried to send a guy over to fix it and he was highly unskilled and had to do it over 4 times becase they tried to do a cheap and very shoddy job, that I guess they just thought I'd accept.
I had to buy 3 gallons of $73.00 per gallon paint to match my house, most of it was waste becase he had to do it over 4 time and it was a huge area.
PLEASE NOTE... NONE OF THESE JOBS ARE DIFFFICILT FOR PROFESSIONALS WHICH I THOUGHT I HAD HIRED.... I WAS WRONG!

Instead of using the insurance of the delivery truck company that did the MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY DRIVEWAY, the owner of this company sent out an unskilled employee that caused more damage to my driveway.

THE NEXT WORSE PART....I went into their office to make a payment and find out when they might fix the driveway, the stucco and get the estimate for the gutters. Then I found out the owner was on vacation, AND HE PUT A LEAN ON MY PROPERTY,! the job wasn't finished and my driveway was in shambles and I was still waiting on the quote for the gutters. AND THE ......... PUT A LEAN ON MY PROPERTY!!
The woman who said she was in charge asked me to send photos of the driveway and said she would take care of it and that the owners run a great business and it will be rectified no matter what....... it's been over a year......... I paid them in full the day I wFffffent Into the office, as I will not have a lean on my property.
THIS IS A COMPANY I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM, THEY WILL SEND UNQUALIFIED, AND UNLICENSED PEOPLE WITH NO SKILLS TO YOUR PROPERTY AND EXPECT YOU TO ACCEPT THIS!

the worst company I have ever dealt with. No clue, sends out people to do the work, mostly non English speaking with no supervision and they don't follow up, Took them a month and a day to finish the job. Had to bring people up from Naples to Cape Coral to finish job because that ""where we keep our good people"" I was told. Less than two year later my facia is rotting out. At the end of the job they asked me for a list of things they did wrong??? Really ? No clue how to lay a tile roof.

We lost our roof shingles during hurricane Irma. ROOF SMART was FANTASTIC. Our salesman Frank went over & beyond to make sure we were happy & satisfied with the job (always quick to return our calls). We got quotes from 4 companies & roof Smart was next to the lowest BUT the shingles were exactly the same as the quotes that were much higher. We found that other companies were taking advantage of the demand for roofs BUT Roof Smart stayed true to their normal pricing & did not gouge. The office staff was easy to deal with & were extremely organized with scheduling. EVERYTHING was as promised & we LOVE our new roof.

Roof Smart did a $2000 roof repair one year ago for me and it is now leaking in the same place. It took them 7 weeks to get to me before this 'repair'. I won't ever recommend them.

Replaced my old shingle roof with standing seam metal in July of 2016. They did an excellent job. Not a week goes by where I don't get a compliment. Joe M was great to work with. Honest and reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roof Smart to anyone.
