It's been 2 months since my review. 4 Emails promising to repay my deposit. I even called their headquarters and the woman promised it was a mistake and they would refund my deposit immediately......that was 8 weeks ago.....and NOTHING! I have filed claim and reported them to the BBB

Had them do a small repair. Their ""work"" was terrible. Had to have them come out a second time to repair their ""repair"". I basically had to threaten them to get them to come back out. They finally did two months later. The second crew supposedly fixed it. Three weeks later the leak was still there. I had to call a second company and pay all over again. After looking at the repairs to other guys chuckled at how bad their work was. Do not use this company. They are a complete waste of money.

Hired RoofRX to repair several leaks. Salesman inspected roof and we agreed on price. Scheduled an 8am-10am start time No one ever showed and after several calls to technician and salesman and corporate office no response. Next day salesman calls and tells me techs did repairs when we were not home on the day they were scheduled. Corporate office called for payment. I inspected roof, saw no sign of repairs. After numerous calls and emails to salesman he finally said he would come out and inspect. He arrived, said he could see repairs were not complete without even inspecting roof, said the techs were at fault and he would reschedule repairs. Have never heard back. Fortunately I didn't pay in advance. Had all the makings of a scam. Fortunately I was able to inspect roof to see if repairs were made, others may not be so fortunate.

I hired Roof RX to replace two skylights in a house that I was about to put on the market. Its service rep, Phillip, assured me that his crew could do the job, oh yes. It was a custom job, requiring blinds, but that would be no problem. That's what he said.

I should have known things would not go right when I came to meet the installer and let him in the house. The guy didn't show up, even after Roof RX called to make sure I would be on-site to let him in (We cannot inconvenience the service man, can we?). Phillip offered a litany of excuses: another job ran late; an emergency; and so on. The service guy also blew off the second appointment.

You see where this is going, right? Roof Rx routinely failed to deliver. In emails and phone calls, Phillip made promises; his workers broke them. After three months, Roof RX still had not finished the job. The skylights were in, but the promised shades had not been installed. At that point I got disgusted and stopped haranguing Roof RX to do the job it promised. I put the house on the market without the shades.

Roof RX finally had the rest of the order ready. By this time I had a FOR SALE sign posted outside. I told Phillip to forget it. Roof RX then sicced a credit agency on me. We settled a month ago.

I would hire a monkey with a hammer before I employed Roof RX.

Great roofing repair co. with friendly, trusted technicians who can immediately assess & repair any roofing work or damage needing to be done.

I found Roof RX via larger contractor-locating co, Home Advisor. As I had an emergency roof leak today w the heavy rain (water was dripping heavily from roof/ceiling down inside bathroom walls & onto sink/floors).

I needed a roof repair co. that could immediately come out to assess & repair my damage before the holidays. Given it was a pouring-rain Sunday, Roof RF was the ONLY company avail to come out (this was while having contacted numerous other contractors who either were not open or avail or Sundays, or were too busy with other emergency repair projects.

Terry, the technician who came out, was quickly avail, friendly, and very knowledgeable regarding the work needing to be done. Terry quickly performed the needed repair work OUTSIDE on the roof IN THE POURING RAIN to complete the needed work, and to securely and permanently repair my leaky roof situation! The technician even volunteered to sweep off all the extra pinestraw off my roof after he repaired the leak (he said extra pinestraw on the roof could also potentially cause harm to a roof).

Despite the leaky roof being a pain to deal with, Roof RX quickly & eagerly came to the rescue and saved the day (and my roof)! Roof RX also offers a 1-year warranty for any followup work.

I highly recommend Roof RX for any roofing leak, repair, maintenance needs. Will definitely use Roof RX for future roofing needs! Thank you, Roof RX!

I had 4 shingles fall off my 10 year old roof. The common suggestion was to replace the whole roof. Terry from Roof Rx diagnosed the roof doctored up the missing spot. He was realistic and didn't try to up-sell me a new roof.

The scheduler was very accommodating. Terry arrived on time and did the estimate and repair on the same visit. He gave me his direct number in case of an issue.

They warranty their work for 1 year. Only down side is a minimum $300 charge, but the positive experience made up for it

I'm really proud of myself for finding these guys. I'm newly out on my own and my Dad usually took care of this kind of stuff, but it was time for me to be independent. After working with a couple of different companies and so called ""handymen,"" I decided to give Roof Rx a shot after seeing one of their vans.
I called them right away and the customer service representative took the time to listen to my needs and we worked out an appointment that fit in with my busy school/work schedule. When the technician came out he took a bunch of pictures, measurements, and he was even able to find and show me what was causing the leak. I liked that kind of communication most of all because with other people they never explained what was going on and what they were going to do. He then gave me the scope of the work and to my surprise said he could fix it that same day since the materials were already in his truck!
The price was very reasonable (no biggie) and the best part of it all?... NO MORE LEAKING! I even checked the exact spot during a heavy rain a few weeks ago and it's all dry. Thank you, Roof Rx!!!!
