Called to request a quote to repair our roof. Came out quickly but when they found out it was a repair not replacement, said they would send someone out but did not call or send anyone.

Only interested in full new roofs.

Roof RX Damages other people's property that they are not even working on and therefore trespassing. Then, after 3 calls to them of complaint, a person named 'Josh' finally calls that neighbor and is argumentive and rude from the word go with them, not even offering an apology for his people trespassing where they did not belong. A complaint is being filed with the attorney general, complete with time-stamped photos and undisputable evidence of the event.. Very unprofessional and rude company. Just read the reviews. Do not hire this company. Spread the word, tell your neighbors. Just read the reviews.

Unresponsive to emails and there is nobody to take a call to discuss any issues with.
But boy 4 months out before your contract expires you'll get a constant stream of emails reminding you you're contract is ending.
Sorry, I want the last issue fixed first before I renew my contract.

Took forever to get roof done after being promised repeated start dates
Once finally done 6 months later job is done..
when it came to gutters and soffits it's funny how the price increases (substantially)once at site
I told ""it's all or nothing "" they pretty much had me since they waited so long to get to me...
Would not recommend them as poor business practices run amuck..

Damaged all leaf guards in gutters. If I didn't get up on my roof to inspect, I never would have caught it. Fought them to come back to fix. Roof subsequently leaked. Fraudulently notarized document and filed at county on my property. Extremely difficult to work with. I wish I never heard of them!

Most greedy and dishonest roofing company out there. Sign the contract and say goodbye to any sort of customer service that is non existent in the first place. The turnover of employees is constant and nobody is trained to do their jobs. They said they didn't use sub contractors but that's what showed up in a sanford and son truck that was pieced together in a junkyard, drinking coronas on the job and the work the sub contractors did had to be torn off and an entirely new roof put on. Don't do business with this company they're a bunch of liars and greedy thieves

DON'T use ROOF RX.. horrible work. And our roof failed inspection. As soon as they got my deposit -no communication whatsoever- and they were disrespectful of our property, damaged our personal property, and were disrespectful to us. They threw their clothes on top of my new screens on lanai-not caring if they tear them- Got nails on my foot, in the pool and around the house.They did a terrible job. Shingles aren't all sealed,  the roof has ripples and trusses showing and soft spots. It's more important for then to do QUANTITY work NOT QUALITY. They ignore your calls. BUYER BEWARE! DON'T MAKE THIS GRAVE MISTAKE. Oh, and this was paid with our $$, NOT Insurance $$ then the general manager TYLER FORREY threatens and bullies you.  And threatens to lien your home. When we show up to office - the coward that threatens a woman- doesn't come out. Sad but true. This is my personal experience with this company. And my personal opinion.... since he threatened to sue me for my comments. Per my attorney I have the right to express my opinion and they're all true and on video and texts. Save yourself the headache.

Can you believe online reviews? I checked with acquaintances, and my nephew and neighbor across the street recommended RoofRX, so I chose them. I found that you can go on the City of Cape Coral website and follow your permit progress. You can also put in any C.C. address and see their permits and, if they fail, why. You will find that C.C. is being very thorough. Each of my inspections passed the 1st time. I watched the C.C. website and saw the permit was approved on Nov 18, and next day RoofRX requested a dry in inspection. C.C. assigned and inspected the dry in on Dec 13. Common sense tells us that you can NOT expect the city to suddenly fix these delays. In my immediate area about 25% of the roofs still have blue tarps (100 days after Ian), and only 3 homes have had their roofs completed. My home is one of them. One home nearby (not a RoofRX job) has had the secondary barrier in place, and shingles stacked on the roof for over a month. The delay sucks but it seems I really lucked out when I chose RoofRX. Am I happy? Today I gave RoofRX their final payment and thanked them for the great job they did.

Tell you one thing, do another then play games and won't call you back accordingly. Played games for almost 3 months over an issue and had to file with BBB an probably will go to news station next. Go somewhere else and have your business done.
