If I could give them 0 stars I would. We booked their services through Groupon, as we needed our gutters cleaned since we live in a heavily wooded area. The first time they showed up, they said the flashings needed to be tightened and quoted me a price that I promptly agreed to. The did work and all was fine until it rained.
If you want your gutters cleaned, do not assume that they're going to clean your spout as well, apparently that costs extra...and they do not even ask you if you want it done. They wait for it to rain and for you to call them back to say that the job is not done. UGH.
Fast forward to waiting for them to finish the job, they're calling the wrong number as we are waiting for them at our house.
Not only is this business completely unprofessional - they were a waste of both time and money. They ESSENTIALLY cleaned my gutters and SHOVED all the crap down the spout....terrific.
Very disappointed - will think twice before booking another service like this via Groupon.

avoid at all costs!!!! THE WORST staff issues. Don't hire enough guys to get work done.
I can vouch for the Wayne comments, he is no longer with the company.
His work with 2 non-company friend caused a huge amount of damage,
Thank God for insurance claims. Guy 2 fixed it better but roof leaked again a little.
Called...he's no longer there either!! Guy 3 did some fixing in June but was suppose to call back to finish job. We said some of the waterproofing Wayne did was garbage and tore it out.
Thankfully this was at no cost for reasons I will not get into. Company President was nice to work with & resolved some issues.
I've emailed twice, no replies...it's been almost a year now. With big storms hopefully coming, I still fear that some unseen damage will pop up when I least expect it.

About a year ago we called RoofRx, primarily because of the positive Yelp reviews we saw here. Either the reviews are fake or there was some change of ownership or something. In any case I would stay away from this company.
RoofRx sent out a guy named Wayne. We described the sorts of problems we had with our roof leaking and our gutters not properly collecting water. Wayne seemed knowledgeable and pretty much guaranteed that he could fix the problem by putting in water diverters and replacing the paper in some spots. He left before I could test the work.
Fast forward to the next rain, which occurred about 8 months alter. We had the same problems the roof leaking in all the same places and gutters failing to capture water. It was almost as if Wayne didn't do any work at all.
Today we called another roofer, who was appalled at the work of the previous roofer, which by implication is Wayne. He said the water diverters were improperly installed, and that low-quality paper was improperly installed. He also identified the gutter problem (they were not properly welded) where Wayne just waved his hands and said the problem would go away with the water diverters. Our new roofer redid all of the work that Wayne did and more (including new welding for the gutters), for about the same price that Wayne charged. And then he tested his work by bringing a water hose up to the roof to verify there were no more leaks and that the gutters were properly capturing all of the water.
I'll wait for the next rain and if the new work holds up, give a 5-star review to our most recent roofer.

Worst Roofing company ever!
1) They take forever to return calls
2) They take forever to return emails
3) They love hiring people with bad workmanship.
4) Majority of the people they hire are unlicensed. They are able to do this because they have a business license.
Facts to back up my claims:
1) I've probably called them over 200 times just to get one response
2) The customer service line is always busy. Either that or there's just one person working there and handling all of the complaints
3) Emails only work if you threaten to file a complaint to the board. If everyone complains, we might be able to get them to lose their license. I have attached the link below.

4) In my personal experience, 3 people have gotten fired in the process of repairing my roof.

This was the worst home building/repair experience I have ever had. From the office staff to the workers, to the management, they are all INCOMPETENT. They came to fix a roof leak, ripped out my deck, left for 4 weeks, then told me they did not have the license to complete the repair. The manger told me he would find someone who could help me, and then never called me back. I would NEVER use this company and I recommend that you don't use them either.

Is there a stronger word than incompetent? My nightmare started in October of last year when I contacted Roof RX for a small roof repair to my roof deck (standing water and seal). Two weeks later, Wayne showed up and gave me an estimate for the repairs. I went ahead and contracted with Roof RX. Wayne showed up with his helper, (a teenager) and they went to work. I stepped out for 3 hours, and when I returned he was gone, but they left signs of their haste. Bright white roofing sealant footprints all over the wooden deck and all the down a newly paved driveway. The worst of all was the roof job. The areas supposed to be built up to prevent standing water... not even touched and white roofing sealant (a cheap Home Depot kind) all over roof deck walls, planter box, standing heater, and sky light! I called Wayne and said this was unacceptable. He said he would be back the next day to clean the mess and fix the roof. He didn't show. Multiple calls were made to Wayne, and he finally came back and finished painting the edges of the roof, and cleaned some to the deck. He could not clean the driveway. I had to power wash this myself and ended up damaging the patina to get the stuff off. I finally called the manager to complain, and they sent out Robert; who said that the company was prepared to complete the job professionally to satisfy me. Weeks went by.. I called and force an appointment. I waited... They called and cancelled saying that they were very busy. I made the appointment for June, 2 months away for a Monday. Friday before the appointment no confirmation call, so I called them. They said that they changed the appointment for Wednesday! No call, email, nothing! I took another day off work to be there on Wednesday. Two men showed up looked at the job and said that their description of the job was incorrect and that they would not be able to do anything. They said there regional Manager would call me, but to this day no call. I have given so many opportunities to make good on this job. As far as I am concerned I was totally robbed of my hard earned money. Update 8/15/2015. I have been lead to believe that I was going to get a full refund by another manager Shane. It's been two months since he promised a return of my money. He does not return phone calls or emails. This proves this company is untrustworthy in all there business dealings.

I first used Roof RX in December 2014 and I loved them. They did a great job. Since then, I have had some other roof issues and have tried to schedule an appointment with them THREE times. The first time, the technician was a no show. I called and they were very apologetic and rescheduled with me in a week. That appointment was cancelled by them, but at least they called the day before. Again, another appointment was scheduled and again the technician was a no show. How do you just not show up TWICE and not even call? I take time off work to be home for these appointments and to not show up with no call whatsoever is beyond rude and inconsiderate. I'm done with Roof RX.

Cannot recommend at all. Poor workmanship bad customer service backing it up.
We had work done in May. It's a mess now. Coating is peeling and water is pooling in the spot that was meant to have been repaired. Matt seemed like a competent roofer at the time, but now I don't think so.
Robert the manager came out Nov. 19 to see the job and said it needs to be redone. But, even getting on the schedule has not happened and it has been a month since his visit. The main phone number takes caller to an ""overflow call center"" where they take a message, but no one has called back. I have Robert's direct number and we've talked a few times, but he doesn't do his own schedule, so that's not helpful.
Go elsewhere. If I could do it over again I would use a smaller company with direct communication to the roofer doing the work.

I called to set up an appointment for an estimate from 10-12; I was told Wayne would call 1/2 hr before arriving. Wayne didn't call or show up so I called to find out what happened. I was told Wayne saw another company at our house so he left but I was told he would return in the afternoon. It is now 8 pm very dark outside and Wayne didn't show up. Twice company said they would be here, twice no show. Shaking head and moving on.

I cannot recommend Roof Rx enough. Just as other reviews have stated, they are professional and organized in how they handle appointments, follow-ups and even email appointment confirmations.
Besides being great on the customer service end of things, they are honest and thorough. I needed kind of a rush job because the painters were coming and I wanted things completed prior to their arrival. Roof Rx was able to fit me in and made it happen. The technician/estimator who came out to my house provided me with an estimate for the work that needed to be done to buy my old tired roof some time. I had gotten other estimates so I kind of knew what I was dealing with. Roof Rx was the most reasonable and when I told the technician that another company had found dry rot, he looked and looked but found none. His honesty was clear and his work superb. He even took care of a small cosmetic task at no additional charge - he only asked that I run out to get him the necessary sheet metal to close an area where an unused chimney was located. This was above and beyond the scope of my roof and I tipped him accordingly. (He did not ask or expect a tip - I simply felt it was the right thing to do).
If you're not quite ready financially to replace an entire roof, give Roof Rx a call - they are honest and will fix up your roof for a while longer allowing you some breathing room until which time you are ready.
