We recently had RoofRX come out through our home warranty because of a potential roof leak. We scheduled work, paid a deposit, and then they never showed up. They also recommended redoing half of our roof even though they did an inspection 6 months earlier and said the roof was in great shape. We do not recommend this company. I tried calling to get a refund on our deposit and they told me to email. I've emailed twice and still no response. This place is a scam. Highly recommend finding another roofing company and not going through your home warranty.

They are cheaper, but Roof RX does subpar work.

They re-roofed a 500 square foot section of my granny flat, along with other areas on the main house, in 2015. It is now leaking. After only 4 years and paying over $3,000 to fix it, there should be no reason for leaking. We also had them repair and patch a leak on our main house. That too, is leaking.

The provide crappy workmanship and after the year warranty they basically tell you to screw off, it's not their problem anymore. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Pretty upsetting. I called December 5th for a leak inspection and roof maintenance visit. We made an appointment for December 19th which was the earliest available. They called and left me a vm on the night of Dec. 18th saying they couldn't make it out due to the technician's ""personal matters."" I had to call the next day to reschedule. They gave me an appointment for mid-January which I complained and fought against (wait another 3 weeks?!). They squeezed me in on Dec. 24th. Then they emailed saying they had to bump me to Jan. 10th due to weather issues. So I called again and complained that this was not the way to do business and that I shouldn't have to wait when I was already waiting. They squeezed me in for Dec. 24th again 8-10am. They emailed two days ago saying it's 10-12pm instead. Fine, no big deal. I waited 10-12pm but get a message during this time saying it will be 1-3pm. Fine. I can wait. I get a call at 2pm from the technician saying he is running behind. I say it's okay. I wait and wait and at 4:30pm, I get a voicemail saying the driver is having vehicle difficulty and that I should call back to reschedule. That is the gist of it. Don't know if these guys will ever follow through. I waited today, on Christmas Eve, from 10-4:30pm for them to show up. I didn't leave the house FOR THEM. Very disappointed.

We contacted RoofRx in December for a late request to do an annual check of our tile roof. We were caught amidst a post storm rush. Our required repairs turned out to be more significant than expected. We spent a few weeks chewing our fingernails, watching the weather reports. RoofRx was pushing hard to work through their backlog and they got to us a day ahead of schedule and just a couple of days ahead of the next big winter storm.

Our repair guy, Joe Gonzalez, arrived on time and spent four hours, the projected amount of time, bringing our roof up to snuff. Joe was both congenial and professional.

This is the third time we have used Roof Rx. We really like their business model of focusing just on repairs, not as a sideline to installing new roofs. WIth previous jobs I automatically received documentation along the way: the contract as well as before and after photos. I have not yet received that documentation even though the work is done. I am following up with them. Stay tuned

Had an appointment because of mortgage insurance, and also got some further work done based on their recommendations. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful including the workers who showed up and the schedulers and coordinators I spoke with on the phone. There was a small billing mistake which they identified on their own and corrected with no hassle.

RoofRx inspected and repaired roof sameday. Brandon was pleasant and informative during the inspection and worked to schedule our repairs to meet our request. Juan did a great job on the repair work going above and beyond. He found and repaired some issues discovered on his separate inspection of the roof. I would be glad to have either of them return to our home to do work on the roof.
