We contacted RoofRx in December for a late request to do an annual check of our tile roof. We were caught amidst a post storm rush. Our required repairs turned out to be more significant than expected. We spent a few weeks chewing our fingernails, watching the weather reports. RoofRx was pushing hard to work through their backlog and they got to us a day ahead of schedule and just a couple of days ahead of the next big winter storm.

Our repair guy, Joe Gonzalez, arrived on time and spent four hours, the projected amount of time, bringing our roof up to snuff. Joe was both congenial and professional.

This is the third time we have used Roof Rx. We really like their business model of focusing just on repairs, not as a sideline to installing new roofs. WIth previous jobs I automatically received documentation along the way: the contract as well as before and after photos. I have not yet received that documentation even though the work is done. I am following up with them. Stay tuned

Had an appointment because of mortgage insurance, and also got some further work done based on their recommendations. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful including the workers who showed up and the schedulers and coordinators I spoke with on the phone. There was a small billing mistake which they identified on their own and corrected with no hassle.

RoofRx inspected and repaired roof sameday. Brandon was pleasant and informative during the inspection and worked to schedule our repairs to meet our request. Juan did a great job on the repair work going above and beyond. He found and repaired some issues discovered on his separate inspection of the roof. I would be glad to have either of them return to our home to do work on the roof.

I will never use Roof RX again and I will never refer you to anyone. There was multiple appointments canceled and rescheduled without telling me. I took off work for one appointment and they never showed up. They finally showed up and ""Fixed"" my roof. Then it leaked on then Next rain. They said they would come back out to repair it. They would come while I wasn't here and call me and say my roof was fixed ... again. I honestly don't even think they got on the roof. Matt is the laziest one of all. Instead of coming here he would just call to try and diagnose the problems. Or he would just not show up at all. I do not recommend Roof RX for any repair job.

This company has exactly ZERO people answering the phone. And there is no way to schedule a repair online. The online form goes to a general mailbox NOT a day/time scheduler. You wait for hours for someone to call you back to make an appointment for the service you've already PAID for. Terrible. Do not use.

Oh it gets even better! After trying for two days to get anyone on the phone I decided to go to their office - which is a PO BOX at the freaking postal annex. Lovely. What a waste of $200.

Matt is the Man! I was initially scheduled to meet with another roofer from Roof Rx but his truck had issues which was a blessing in disguise because I would never have met Matt. He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule to inspect my roof due to a leak and gave me a thorough report on what needed to be done. When it was time for the repair, I was not home but Matt and his crew performed the repair and took before and after pictures to ensure my roof was repaired. They were very professional compared to the other roofers I called in my area. Now my home is ready to take El Nino head on! So if your roof is leaking, you need to be seeking Roof Rx.

Matt and Roof Rx provided excellent service with repair work for an aging roof. He gave my concerns his personal attention, showed me photos of the key areas needing repair and did everything Necessary to provide protection just in time before our first big El Niño storm hit. I will be calling Roof Rx for regular roof maintenance from now on.

Matt from Roof RX was a such a pleasure to work with.
As a first time home owner we've never had to deal with roofing issues, so we didn't know what to expect. Roof RX was referred to us by our Realtor and we can see why she recommends them so highly. They know what they are doing and they do it right. Although the repairs needed on our home were not major they were still completed before the approximated time.

I appreciated their friendly demeanor and their thorough explanations. Matt and Roof RX went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and because of that we are very satisfied customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs roofing repairs.

Overall, I had a great experience with Roof Rx. We had a couple of false starts with the appointment for the estimate due to weather. But, Mike came out and assessed the problem, told me exactly what was necessary and gave me a reasonable estimate. When Mike came down with the flu on the day that the repairs were made, his area supervisor, Matt, contacted me and set up to make the repairs himself on a Sunday to avoid further delays. Matt was up front with every step and provided me pictures of the entire process. Both Mike and Matt were very professional and personable people. I felt very confident that they were giving me the best possible service. I highly recommend Roof Rx for roof/leak repairs.

I purchased a roof tune up off Amazon and finally got around to scheduling it. Matt was prompt and very professional. Finished the work in an hour. I think he did a bit more than the parameters of the deal and wouldn't take a tip. Was very thorough. I will definitely use them again.
