Roof Rx came last year to fix our roof. It leaked this year. We have tried repeatedly to contact them and no one will answer the phone. We have to done everything to get them to come back to inspect their work and repair the leak. They have responded after hounding them to schedule an appointment only to cancel three times. They said they would be here today and never showed up, never called, never sent a message. This company is nuclear waste. Do not do business with them. We have given up. They should not be in business. TERRIBLE!!

He broke down the issue and explained what should be repaired. We'll be able to get the leak fixed, not spend a fortune, and get a guarantee!

We recently had RoofRX come out through our home warranty because of a potential roof leak. We scheduled work, paid a deposit, and then they never showed up. They also recommended redoing half of our roof even though they did an inspection 6 months earlier and said the roof was in great shape. We do not recommend this company. I tried calling to get a refund on our deposit and they told me to email. I've emailed twice and still no response. This place is a scam. Highly recommend finding another roofing company and not going through your home warranty.

They are cheaper, but Roof RX does subpar work.

They re-roofed a 500 square foot section of my granny flat, along with other areas on the main house, in 2015. It is now leaking. After only 4 years and paying over $3,000 to fix it, there should be no reason for leaking. We also had them repair and patch a leak on our main house. That too, is leaking.

The provide crappy workmanship and after the year warranty they basically tell you to screw off, it's not their problem anymore. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Pretty upsetting. I called December 5th for a leak inspection and roof maintenance visit. We made an appointment for December 19th which was the earliest available. They called and left me a vm on the night of Dec. 18th saying they couldn't make it out due to the technician's ""personal matters."" I had to call the next day to reschedule. They gave me an appointment for mid-January which I complained and fought against (wait another 3 weeks?!). They squeezed me in on Dec. 24th. Then they emailed saying they had to bump me to Jan. 10th due to weather issues. So I called again and complained that this was not the way to do business and that I shouldn't have to wait when I was already waiting. They squeezed me in for Dec. 24th again 8-10am. They emailed two days ago saying it's 10-12pm instead. Fine, no big deal. I waited 10-12pm but get a message during this time saying it will be 1-3pm. Fine. I can wait. I get a call at 2pm from the technician saying he is running behind. I say it's okay. I wait and wait and at 4:30pm, I get a voicemail saying the driver is having vehicle difficulty and that I should call back to reschedule. That is the gist of it. Don't know if these guys will ever follow through. I waited today, on Christmas Eve, from 10-4:30pm for them to show up. I didn't leave the house FOR THEM. Very disappointed.
