I hired RoofRx in 2019 to put a new roofing system on my new home. I suggested a traditional roof and they said to use the silicon roof. They charged me about $17k and then gave me some discounts from my home warranty to $12793.60. After they put the material down, it started to bubble and separate from the roof below. They told me over the next two years, that they would fix this. The main worker that was trying to fix the work told me that they hired an outside company to do my roof and it was not totally dry and that is why the roof is separating from the new materials. Andre then brought to my house over the years his team to try and patch and I told him I did not want a patch roof. He brought some guy from the manufacturing company of the roofing liquid material and they said the roof is not staying down and will need a major repair. I told them both I did not like this solution and Andre Jones, head service manager told me that I have a 5 year warranty and he would never leave me hanging and would replace the roof if the repair did not work. They came with about 4 guys for many days to cut the bubbles out of the roof and then pour more liquid silicon on the holes. One problem with this is they cut the roofing material below their product so now I did not have the original roof for protection anymore and just plywood. Shortly after this was done, the roof was bubbling and separating and this process did not work. I showed Andre Jones, service manager, and he said we will need to put down a new roof or some solution. He asked us to wait till the end of the summer so the roof will create more bubbles. We waited and then Andre was supposed to come with one owner to decide on replacing the roof. Ed Guerra came alone and told me a long speech about how this problem is the product manufacturer and would get them to pay for this issue. I told him that a rain storm was coming soon and we need to fix this. He said he did not think this was an emergency. After awhile, I emailed Ed and asked what is going on and he told me that he was cancelling the warranty on why house and would not be fixing my roof. He gave me some terrible reasons like I painted the metal roof. His team knew this since they could not get me the blue color and the issues with the roof are only on the flat part where he put the liquid material over the existing roof and the made huge cuts down to the plywood to fix it. Ed Guerra highlighted part of the contract to show me he cannot be touched. My lawyer said he has huge liability and the contract will not protect from fraud.


This company has been sued by others and the people have won but they do not pay the home owners. I now find out that they do not have a license and was working on my roof all this time. I will not let them get away with this.

Terrible service and terrible roof warranty. I had to do fumigation with Terminix and the terminix employee recommended me to buy the roof tile warranty. Little did I know the mess I was getting myself into. After the report was provided I asked them to clear up some concerns I had before signing the document to start the work. However it took them a month to respond which so happened to be raining season. They CHOOSE to put their priority else where preying on unlucky homeowners who may have had a leak due to the higher than average downpour.

What a joke! They tell you one thing and then pull the the old bait and switch. I was told they would be replacing 100sq ft of roof for like 1200.00 only to see them placing silicone on the roof to address a leak. Are you kidding me!? This is a 1200.00 repair?! They they hide behind COVID 2020 contact methods. Sounds like excuses to me. Will never, ever, recommend this joke of a company.

This roofing company was amazing they came out to inspect my home that I was purchasing the inspector pointed out all the problems they fixed everything at a great rate and raul the roofer that came out to fix all the issues pointed 1 thing the inspector missed he called his superviser and they fixed at no charge they came out the day they said and fixed everything in one day thank you guys!!!!

Brandon came by to assess the leak for my leak and drove all the way from Riverside to La Crescenta. He took his time inspecting the roof thoroughly and recommended several options to make the proper repairs, he was very patient with my wife who is a lawyer and had 30 questions and he was very clear about what he could promise us and what he could not.

SCAM ALERT?We hired and paid them 2 months ago ,they never show up to start their job. They make up excuses to blow off work since 2 months ago!
They always send me an email to inform me that they will reschedule my appointment, they use excuses like "" I knocked your front door, you didn't at home"" REALLY ?! We were at home on that morning and we DON'T need to be home to get the roof fixed!
""We reschedule your appointment because of the upcoming weather "" REALLY?!Read your weather report on your app, It's cloudy today! They send me an email to told me that tomorrow they will come to fix the roof. Since it has been 2 months, I DON'T think they will. They will make up another excuse to blow off the work. So I will update this review tomorrow. They don't care about their customers and company's reputation. My agent contacted this company for me when I bought my house 2 months ago so potential customers please do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Mr. Joe Gonzalez and Matt Beeler from Roof Rx were at my house today to repair damaged/broken tiles. They were very professional, thorough and courteous from the beginning until the end.
