I just had Roof Rx to my home to fix my tiles and seal all the roof vents. Rodrigo was very professional and did a superb job. He did not rush the job and took time to even clean before he left. I am now ready for the Godzilla El Nino we are all hearing about. I highly recommend Roof RX!!!

I'm only giving Roof RX 1 star because they were punctual when they came out. But the rest of their customer service sucks. They did a roof inspection and stated some work needed to be done. They came out 1 week later and made the repairs (caulking, replaced one tile and did some work around the roof pipes - $500 worth and didn't mention that there were other tiles that needed repairing). My husband happened to notice that two more tiles were cracked and needed replacement (about 50 tiles). So later that week it rains, and we get two bad leaks in two other parts of the house... we called and the phone went to voice message, left my number and no call back..ok it was raining and they're busy- I'll give them that.. I called later in the day and finally got in touch with Margaret who stated she would have Emma call me back, which didn't occur until I called back again and sent an email. Finally get an appointment, but's 3 weeks out and just to inspect and another appointment in 2 weeks to fix the leaks (or visa versa - by this time I'm so upset). At any rate - they can't inspect and fix at the same time???? Called again last week to try to talk to Emma/Margaret/ANYONE and no answer!

We went through Angie's List thinking we would get good customer service - WRONG! I'll be placing my disappointment there as well.

Roof Rx was exceptional. I needed to replace my skylight after I bought my home. They were professional, fast, and efficient. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again.

Bought an Amazon Local deal; $215 for a ""rain gutter cleaning, roof service, and tile roof tune-up."" First, inspector who had to come out first was an hour late, which caused me to be late for work waiting for him. OK, LA traffic, I'll give him that. He found some cracks etc that needed repair, which would be covered by the Amazon deal. The deal only included 40' linear feet of gutter cleaning, which isn't much. Then the guy who actually does the work had to be sent out, who came in the afternoon, and supposedly performed the services I had agreed to.

2 weeks later, it rained. Suddenly, we had a leak that we didn't have, having lived in our house leak-free for 10+ years. Coincidence? I don't think so... Their invoice I had been given previously showed flat rates for leak repair; something like $800 per leak. Am I going to call these guys back to fix the leak they most likely caused? Nope.

Now to add insult to injury, 5 months later, I just received a call from their billing department saying that I owe them $127! My guess is they are preying on busy people, who just agree to pay them over the phone.

I took advantage of an Angie's List deal for roof inspection and gutter cleaning. The first appointment was scheduled right away and I received two emails confirming the date and time. Scott Russell came at the appointed time to inspect. He took photos of every section of the roof and showed them to me using an impressive specialized software program. The roof was ""like new,"" but areas around the two chimneys and skylights needed resealing. I received the estimate/contract right away. The gutter cleaning and repairs were scheduled to take place within days. Again I received confirmation emails. Alex Jr and Alex Sr completed the jobs as promised in just a few hours. The whole thing went very smoothly and efficiently. I was very impressed. RoofRX is top rate!

No one answers the phone at this place. It is a scam. You pay the $200 for the warranty and then someone comes out and says you need all this work done for thousands of dollars before the warranty can be active. I had another company come out that literally did the same warranty with like $200 worth of fixes. This is a total scam!!!!

Called Roof RX because our insurance company told us our roof needed repair. I scheduled the appointment and the company confirmed by email right away and then a second time the day before the appointment, with a description and name of the person who would be coming to the house. VERY SMART policy on their part.

About 30 minutes before the appointment, Peter called to let me know he was on the way and would arrive exactly on time, which he did. I explained the situation and he inspected the roof and found nothing in need of repair. He then provided a report saying as much and photos to send to my insurance company.

This is a GREAT company that is professional, courteous and exemplary.

shingles came off from wind, they fixed the same day,
