I recently assisted my sister when she was buying her first house. When it came to roof inspection time, we called the folks at RoofRx. They were amazingly helpful, honest and thorough. They showed up early to the appointment and were very easy to work with. Everything was explained in great detail and we were very happy with the results of the inspection and the simple and helpful way they explained the condition and suggested repairs needed on her roof. They completed the minor work needed in a short amount of time and we absolutely trusted them every step in the process. The final result was a quality job done in an efficient and economical way. I would recommend them to anyone in need of roof care!

From my initial call through the repairs, I experienced great customer service with RoofRx. They sent me an appointment reminder email and called me before arriving (I was given a 2 hour arrival time window). The roof repairman, showed me pictures of what was going on with my roof and informed me he could patch the roof that day and schedule a time later for a longer lasting repair. I live in the Bay Area, so they were able to send me pictures of the repairs so I didn't have to go back to check on the work. Thanks RoofRx for making it such a pleasant experience!
