We had an excellent job done by Austin Roof Royale. We were having water come down the inside and outside of our roof mounted dryer vent pipe after the freeze last January. Rene and Rene were excellent to work with. They were very responsive and genuinely concerned about our situation. They tried an initial fix that was least intrusive, but also least costly. Although it didn't work, they didn't bill us until the second fix was done. We appreciated that very much. For the second fix they brought in their boss, Tony, and the three of them were able to fix our problem. The second fix only increased the final price a little bit from the estimate they gave us for the first fix. These guys were very fair and the final price very reasonable. We will be recommending them to anyone we know who has a roofing issue.

Tony, Jessica and team are so honest and nice to work with! We recently had some ice dam following the snow storm in Austin and engaged Roof Royal for restoration. They are a great team to work with and very prompt in responding to calls, messages, etc.
The only downside I'd say is the paint company they engage with aren't good and their work lacks finesse. However for any roofing or flooring services etc., I'd highly recommend this crew! They are very honest and responsive.

My husband and I are moving to Hutto Tx and on the inspection report there were roof repairs called out. We called Roof Royale to go out and get us an estimate. We got the the estimate same day and approved the repairs. They were able to get out and complete the repair the next day. I would recommend Roof Royale to my family and friends!
