Roof Roofing installed a new roof and gutters 2 1/2 years ago. One of the gutters needed repair. I called their office and let them know the gutter needed repair and in 2days they were here, replaced and checked all that they had installed.

Great experience with Roof Roofing. We have a small repair needed for our roof. We also need a gutter cleaning. I contacted multiple roofers but they were not able to come quickly. The best I could get was 2 months later until I contacted Roof Roofing. Hank's team was very professional and efficient. They even took the inspection report that was done by the previous home owner. Their price was reasonable and the work was well done. I only waited less than 2 weeks before the job was scheduled and complete. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Some two years ago I paid Roof Roofing to do work on my garage, to redo the roofing on the garage and then I also hired them to do work inside of the garage--replace the plastic corrugated green windows with clear windows, put lumber over gaps, fill in gaps with plastic foaming. Roof roofing left heavy rolls of extra roofing in a side shed, they left extra lumber and things in the garage, they only replaced one of the two windows with clear corrugated plastic, they did not cover some small areas with lumber and they did not cover gaps with plastic foaming. I keep calling them and calling them to come and finish up the job I paid them for some two years ago Update--they have finally come to finish up the job. apparently they are very busy and it is hard for them to find time to come and finish up a job that they were paid for some 2 years ago. It didn't take them too long to finish up the job. They removed some of the metal and wood materials they had removed when they did the roof some two years ago--they had just put this behind the garage rather than removing it at the time.

Do not hire this company to do your roofing - Here are why
1. They never picked up the phone. you leave a message and they would then call you back. This is a red flag - they may have issues that they are afraid to pick up the phone
2. I received a registered letter indicating that Roof Roofing HAD NOT paid the materials they used for my house.
3. Poor customer service - No communication on when the work would start, how long it would take and finish. This is another red flag - warning signal.
4 Poor quality work - One man roof installer. Yes, only 1 person doing the whole roof.
The tips of the nails were visible all over the place. They used long nails. Took some of the nails out and promised to patch the hole. NEVER HAPPEN
5. Watch for the existing vents..... they will take them away. If you want to install a new one, they will ask for $500 to install one. This is how they make extra money. Be careful.
6 Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY in FULL until you receive the city permit. You will never hear from them again if you pay them in full.

We wonder if they have a valid license and insurance. I regret hiring them. Learn from my mistakes - DO NOT HIRE this company to do your roof.

I contacted this company to get a quote for an add on rolled roof quote. After initial contact I received messages saying someone was coming. They didn't show. Rescheduled no show. It was left that someone would contact me back to schedule an appointment this week. I provided availability for the 2 days they suggested and no one contacted me back.
I've decided to move on to another company.

As a realtor it is nice to have reliable folks to call on for inspection services and repair when needed. I've has excellent response and service from Roof Roofing. Inspections have been fair and reliable; repair and re-roofing all as promised. Nothing negative to say about this company. All good.
