showed up hours late. we had to call them to find out what was going on. they didn't call us to say they would be late. then after they came out, we never received an estimate from them after they said they'd send one. we went with someone else.

Asked them to come out to inspect my roof twice, both times they didn't show up. Maybe if they came out I would have a better review.

Not the best customer service experience. The representative didn't have a service date. She was not able to provide an update on my service. She kept saying ""I do not know"". So my service was not going to be scheduled until ""maybe next week, because she didn't have the schedules"".

I had an unpleasant experience contacting this contractor. I asked Roof Rite for 3 recent references. I contacted 6 local roofing companies at the same time for references. 10 days later this was the only one not to supply them. When I texted to remove my request he hadn't supplied the refs he said he would send. He was unapologetic and rude accusing me of not providing him with information even though prior he said I'd get my refs. I had contacted him at 630pm, he continued texting me until nearly 10pm. This contractor is unprofessional.

I was checking him out more. He doesn't have his cslb license posted and he has some very bad reviews here under the not recommended reviews on Yelp I never realized were there sort of hidden. No other roofers here were unprofessional like this.

They were really helpful and since this was my first roof issue. Roof-Rite explained what needed to be done and were therough. I will be coming back if we have any other issues in the future.

I had trouble finding a good roofing company that would respond to my messages. Found Roof-Rite roofing and they promptly contacted me, scheduled a roof inspection and showed up within a few days to give my roof thorough inspection. They even quickly fixed a leak that was discovered during the inspection. Would recommend them for any of your roofing needs!
