Rick was referred to me by a mutual contact.
I had already gotten another estimate from somebody else and really need to shop around considering how expensive these jobs can be.
After Rick came and saw my place without me being there he gave me what I felt to be a very fair price. It was quite a bit lower than the first one. However, I thought to get another quote. I asked a contractor friend what he thought. He said it's really a great price.
I was going to get a third quote, but after building a text/phone call relationship with him I decided to go with him and not pursue more quotes.

I was hopeful he wasn't gonna find any more damage and cost more but that never happened. His original quote, plus what I added were on point! Communicating with him was very easy he was responding to me in a timely fashion .... (allow time for him because he was working!) he got back to me in a decent time.

He was able to do the roof, schedule inspector for both year off and completion inspections, order all needed items, bring great guys.

I guess in the world of roofs mine is beautiful now.

I also had him put a solar tube up on the roof and it looks fantastic.

My neighbors complimented me on how hard his crew works and how much they clean up and if you could see the angle of how they had to bring everything into my driveway they really had to work a lot harder because it was just wasn't gonna be an easy job due to my property angle. His staff, although I didn't get their names, were very friendly! (Thank you guys!)

But Rick and his staff came through in a most amazing way. I cannot recommend this guy enough.

Wish he did other jobs..... I would use him on those too!

I highly recommend this company if you are needing work done. Rik was very punctual in returning my messages, he is very competitive with pricing and they were punctual and clean up was professional. They took off 2 layers and reroofed in only 2 days!!!

THE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!! My experience was devastating. I am still dealing with massive damages caused on my roof by this company. They actually put a SHOWER DRAIN on my roof. Yep - exactly - a SHOWER DRAIN!!!! It leaked, and this caused my entire roof to collapse. Huge damage. And, it created mold in the walls. We had to deal with serious health hazards. They cost us $50K plus in cost and damages. When we contacted the owner Gabor them with pictures and proof of what they had caused, they gave vague excuses, trying to buy time hoping we would just go away. WE DO NOT GO AWAY! We hired lawyers to go after them. We are now filing a legal complaint. We are placing reviews everywhere because people should know about their unprofessional tactics. Very shady company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! They also work as a subcontractor for a solar company called Green Solar Technologies located on Laurel Canyon in North Hollywood. Be careful when hiring any of them. The company owner did a patch job for our roof years ago. We haven't had a leak since. I will be calling only him when we need a new roof. He is a really nice guy too.

Was referred to these guys by a good buddy of mine. Called multiple times and left multiple messages. Never heard anything back. Do they even exist? If you are too busy how hard is it to make a phone call?

Rik changed the color of the shingles without talking to me. I had met with him to choose the color, but he called my husband to say he couldn't get the ones I chose. He (or spouse) never contacted me! I came home to find a gray roof with the brown drip cap I chose to match the shingles I had chosen. Now am stuck! unless I want to go to all the work to paint the mismatched drip cap. Very unhappy whenever I see it.

We plan to market our house soon, and our contractor friend and real estate agent recommended a new roof in view of the age and condition. Our contractor recommended Rick and his company, Roof Rite. We were going on a vacation, and trusted them to do the roof (and some trim pieces) while we were gone, which was a wonderful thing to come home to. They cleaned up well also. We installed gutters next and the company noted how good the roof was done. The other estimate we got was a higher price and less quality of tiles, so we are very pleased.

We live in Fallbrook, CA and have a difficult time flinding good contractors that service our area. We have a newer home (built in 2008) that had some roof tiles that were sliding off of our roof. Since we live in Southern California where it never rains, we were not to concerned until we started looking for a roofing contractor. We went back to the builder initially however the roofing contractor was out of business. Then we called TWM Roofing, Inc (found them using yelp and by all the quote unquote good reviews they had..........). I am being sarcastic if you could not tell. The owner Tom personally had his cell phone listed on the website to call. I thought wow what a dedicated business owner! He answered and I scheduled my appointment two days later for him to come out. My husband works in Centry City (Los Angeles) and decided that he wanted to be here when Tom came. He took the day off of work for our appointment that was suppose to be late morning. We'll it ended up being late afternoon when Tom showed up. Tom the owner of TWM Roofing came in a Prius! Yes a Prius!!!! I am all for the environment but really? Don't you need a ladder to get onto the roof to see what is going on???? He stayed for 3 minutes and then knocked on the door and asked my husband for our email address and said he would email us with a quote. A quote for a whole new roof I thought?!?!?!?!? We'll it has now been a week today and no quote. I was seriously questioning what we were going to do until my parents gave me Ricks information from Roof Rite! I called Rick and he had Aaron at my house at 800am Saturday morning! It was so humid and hot this past weekend and Aaron was out on our roof working. He gave us a quote within 10 minutes to replace 8 cracked tiles and remove all the trash. The quote was very reasonable and I said were do I sign. Aaron said if we had time today he could fix it for us. Not only did Aaron show up on time, he had a ladder, he gave us a quote AND he fixed our roof the same day! Things that you just expect as standard operating procedures for businesses are not any more and that is sad! Rick thank you for hiring and training you staff! Aaron is definitely a great employee and I want to thank him for his superb job and customer service!!!

When I started seeing drywall on the ceiling darken at the seams, I knew I had a couple of leaks on my two story track home. I'm not going to say I have a fear of heights, but the thought of going up on my roof to try and fix the problem myself gave me the chills, plus I would probably break more things than I would fix up there. So I got two estimates.

Rik came right out the day after I called him, pulled out his extra long ladder and gave it a full inspection. He e-mailed me an estimate a couple of days later. The second guy came with a referral from a friend and a good Yelp score, but he didn't even bring a ladder. That guy said he would know what was wrong with my roof from a satellite photo later. His estimate came in three times as much as Rik's. A no brainer on this decision.

Rik spent almost all day on my roof and while he was up there I kept expecting the old contractor bait-n-switch conversation, you know, the one that begins like, ""bad news, we found the problem was much worse once we got under the surface and it there are other big problems that you won't even believe. Better call your bank, this is going to cost big."" But that never happened. His initial estimate was right on target, and after he fixed all the items on the hit list, he re-inspected the entire roof to ensure he didn't miss anything and that it was all ship-shape.

It is never fun writing a check for something that wasn't budgeted for in the first place, but it feels a lot better when it is all done and it feels like a quality job for a fair price. I would recommend Rik for friends and family in the future if the need arises.

First off we got a free estimate which seems unheard of these days. Rik gave me a very fair price for my roof. He personally oversaw the project and answered all of my questions and educated me on all the the steps in fixing our roof. I am very happy with the overall experience I had with roof rite. They seemed very professional and well worth every penny. Definitely recommend roof rite!
