As I am writing this review, I am trying to think of everything that Tyler and his crew did for my family during the recent 60 mph storm that came through Pflugerville, TX back in June 2018. My home owners insurance company even had done business with his company previously, so that was comforting at first since every roofing company was out in my neighborhood knocking on people's doors for business.

Hardest part of all this was making sure your roof was taken care of by a professional and an honest company. I had checked with other roofing companies in the area to include the most popular one I saw signs for in my neighborhood before. The two roofing companies prior to Roof Right Now, they came and gave a free inspection of the damage. They all stated the same thing about my roof, that it was poorly installed due to the pressure nail gun not being gauged properly.

When Roof Right Now showed up at my home for the appointment, I was given the same information. Unfortunately I was very unhappy with my builder by this time. Because Tyler's company check the other shingles on my roof stated that most them had the nails shot through them like the shingles that flew off my roof during the storm.

Tyler gave me the honest feed back that I was looking for. I even researched everything I could find about his company. Everything I found came back legit and he even had all his paper work in order when he came to my home to give me the estimate for the damage to my home. There were two options repair or replace the entire roof. This was all depending on what my insurance adjuster found and how my insurance company would respond afterwards. He even came out the day my insurance adjuster arrived to inspect my home.

Unfortunately, my home owners insurance did not cover the repair or even consider the replacement of my roof due to the builder's inability to properly install the roof. Bummer for me, because I didn't know what I was going to do at this point.

I called Tyler back to give him the negative news I received from my insurance company, Tyler worked with me on a couple of quotes for the repair and replacement of my entire roof on my home. He even fixed my neighbor's roof too because my neighbor was impressed with Tyler's genuine customer service. We both ended up getting the solar fan for our roofs too from Roof Right Now.

Tyler was very fantastic through the entire process, gave upfront honest information, very caring about your needs during the time of crisis, and most importantly looking out for your roof of your home. I was really impressed with his credentials too. They offer their own financing and no scamming you out of your pocket. I also liked that he was GAF certified. He even had a certified copy ready available for me during the process. One of his crew members Tim, came by a couple of times to my home to put the tarp up initially and to repair my roof damage. Both times Tim was very friendly like Tyler and that tells me that Tyler leads by example.

I would highly recommend Roof Right Now, but like with everything in life when doing business, do your own homework and research, I can honestly say Roof Right Now's expertise, customer service, and workmanship was awesome for my experience with them.

Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable - on top of his game. He walked me through filing for insurance after finding hail damage, found an error in the insurance payout estimate and saved me money, and replaced the roof in the blink of an eye. It was a surprisingly painless, and indeed a very pleasant, experience.

Our experience with Roof Right Now was probably the best experience we've had relating to home improvements, etc. We've had a lot of past troubles with people not showing up on time, under bidding and then trying to get more money later, poor quality of work, and the list goes on. We didn't have one bit of trouble with Roof Right Now. From Tyler coming and doing an inspection on the roof and in the attic, to having the last truck drive away - the experience was fantastic, and the workmanship is outstanding.
