I had tried and tried to get a NUMBER from other companies (some who would only speak to my husband!) who just kept insisting that they would provide it after an insurance adjuster came to look at it, despite me saying I wasn't sure if I wanted to, or would be worthwhile to file a claim since there was more wind than hail damage. Tyler was great from start to finish. I had seen an ad of his that gave me a general estimate for replacement immediately, at which point he followed up to offer an inspection and exact estimate. He came out the next morning and gave me a number right away.

After getting 3 additional estimates, Tyler's didn't nickel and dime me (despite two layers of felt and fascia that needed replacement) and was comparable to the rest. He answered every question I had and was incredibly helpful in getting the insurance to cover the full replacement, including writing a letter to the adjuster, getting on the roof again for additional photos, and additional discussions with the inspector.
His team did an amazing job and my house looks 7000% better with the slick charcoal colored roof and new SOLAR attic fan!
All in all, my experience with him and his team was amazing from start to finish, and he's now the guy I call when I need a referral for upcoming projects!

This company understands customer service. The owner, Tyler, was incredibly responsive from initial contact all the way to job completion.
