CAVEAT EMPTOR-BUYER BEWARE! The new roof is pretty -trades did well- but it came with a nightmare experience. this company wants it to sound like they went above and beyond to make my mother happy. Not true. what was promised by verbal agreement was what mom thought she was signing for. then the language changed, i.e. 'you were never promised that ' &'the insurance won't cover that '. if they wanted money or a signature they were right on it yet after 4 months of nagging, mom still has no hard copy of contract and loan agreement. office girl said she wouldn't send them 'til they got their money. while removing the old roof they kicked a large hole in a bedroom ceiling. we're in fla. and the a/c barely shut off for the 9 WEEKS it took them to repair it. Krystyna, the office girl, is rude and basically called me a liar -twice. also told us NOT to speak to her salesman, Nicky, because we made him cry. Very unprofessional! mom still isn't getting all she was promised so please record any verbal agreements and do not sign the contract 'til said agreements are written down because they will take full advantage of your ignorance .

A family owned company with great customer service! Would highly recommend for any roofing needs. As a new homeowner they helped me pick out the best style and color for my home. They are readily available for any questions. Rich even helped me with a separate garage door sensor issue I happened to have. Would highly recommend for any roofing needs.
