The 5 star rating is absolutely correct. Martin gave me a very reasonable bid for the repairs, showed up on time, did the repairs even better than I was expecting, and got the work done ahead of schedule. I would recommend Martin's work to anyone, he's a hard worker and very knowledgeable about everything to do with roofs.

Martin is so competent and his prices are great!!! I'll add to the review after the next rain as to the actual repair. He got back to us very quickly and seems very professional. He provides photos and a 2 year guarantee. Very pleasant to deal with. So after a massive wind and rain event the roof has not leaked. AND MARTIN TEXTED US THE MORNING AFTER AND and ASKED!!!! I recommend Martin for roof repair. He has prolonged the life of my roof with maintenance, adding ventilation and removing old nails etc. He is fair and honest and does excellent work. Highly recommend !

Pioneer Roofing is great!
Martin was very quick to respond, schedule and finish the repair work on our roof. His services are very reasonably priced and he sent pictures of the different areas where the roof tiles were in need of repair. He accurately pinpointed where a leak was coming from in the skylight and sealed it as well. He shows up exactly when he says he will and texts updates. He was very professional and did a great job. We are so glad we found him and will be using his services again to spray our roof to rid it of some algae growth. Highly recommend.

Martin is straightforward, reasonably priced, and excellent at his work. He took the time to review a number of issues and when I suggested we simply patch some areas to prevent further damage and just do the bigger re-roofing job later in life, he agreed it was a sensible decision. He took the time to restore an overhang to almost new condition and did the work right. I interviewed 2 other roofing companies who would have ripped me off. Martin was responsive, quick to schedule, and provided excellent service all around. I'll never use anyone else. Thanks Martin!

Based on Yelp's reviews, I hired Martin to replace several facial boards a year ago. He did a good job. But that is not the reason I write this review. The recent heavy rains exposed a leak on my garage roof. Without knowing if the original roofer, who installed the lifetime-guarantee metal roof 20+ years ago was still in business, I called Martin. He worked on it amidst his busy schedule. Finding the leaking spot wasn't easy. It didn't work. I texted him several times. Then he responded: ""If I can't come back this week, I will refund you."" A week later I luckily found the original roofer and the leakage was resolved. I texted Martin, and he refunded his service charge fully. I appreciated his warrantee for his work. He is a man of his words.

Martin is very professional. He price is reasonable and he did an excellent job to fix my roof. He also showed me all photos before and after his repair on all spots that he had fixed. He offered two years warranty on his work. Great service to use if you don't not want to pay the money to reinstall all new roof.

We needed a new skylight to replace the one in our house since it was installed in 1978. I contacted Pioneer and dealt directly with Martin, who came out quickly and provided a quote for window, installation complete. Martin also scanned my roof and showed me pictures of flashing on several penetrations that were missing protective tar and one exhaust was missing a cap. The cost, including the misc repairs, was less than other quotes, which only priced the window. The day of the install, Martin did it himself and work was professional and quick. I told him to drag a garden hose up there to test for leaks, which he said he normally does not do, but he agreed. Good thing! Two leaks were uncovered. He was grateful for my suggestion and reduced my cost. I was just glad it was discovered while he was still here, instead of months later in winter when the rains come! I highly recommend Pioneer and the owner, Martin.
