Con man and scam artist should be what comes to mind when thinking of Roof Repair Specialists of 784 Harold Ave., Winter Park, FL. Dave sounds so good and is so smooth I went a year before I finally realized that my porch roof would never be fixed properly and I would never get the $800 I paid him. On my receipt he wrote that it was warrantied for five years, but if you never intend to honor the warranty then it is meaningless. He made an effort but apparently it was not an easy fix and that is what he is interested in. Certainly not customer satisfaction. Quick and easy repairs; quantity not quality; short term vs. long term. I am not talking about a leak, I am talking about a deluge coming into my porch when it rains. I am hopeful you do not make the same mistake I did.
