I was very impressed with the quality of work and the friendly professionalism of all the employees at Roof Repair Specialist. Eric came out and gave a thorough estimate to repair the leak on my roof including photos of my roof showing exactly what was to be done.
Marvin and Fernando did an excellent job repairing our roof. They took out the old material and installed new underlayment, flashing, and shingles and also sealed and painted the dormers and up vents on the roof. They even cleaned out the gutters! They showed me photos of the completed work. They left everything cleaner than before. Very courteous and professional. Catherine in the office was very timely with her email communications and also sent photos of the work. I highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist! Wonderful job!!

Overall, the services were great, and the customer service from the main office and production team was fantastic, and would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option. I hired RRS for some gutter repair and roof tile replacement work.

Initial Quote: The sales person that came out for the quote was helpful but perhaps there were communication issues and I felt that certain concerns/questions I had were brushed off. RRS also has a minimum fee requirement and I appreciated that they were willing to provide both the gutter repair and roof tile replacement as part of one package. There was a bit of delay and confusion re: scheduling for actual service and I was asked to measure my downspout and send pictures - which seems to be something that the sales person should have handled. The roof tile that was later provided on the day of service was also wrong, which further delayed completion. I had to call quite a few times to get the initial service scheduled.

Production: The guys that came to work on the gutters/downspout and the roof tiles were quick and made sure everything was tidy. This was all great. Daniel and Catherine where the ones I communicated with at the office and both were responsive and helped get everything scheduled.

If I had additional questions, he also provided pictures of all the broken tiles when it came down to the actual job the technicians did a wonderful job.
