We had serious leaks at the Altadena Main Library after storms in the beginning of February 2024 so we reached out to the local Roof Repair Specialists and they were very responsive. Someone came out to access the issues within three days and the repairs were completed within a few weeks (working around other storms as well). They did an excellent job for us and recommend them for service in other businesses and homes.

After remodeling our bathroom including adding an exhaust fan venting through the roof, we had a leak at that location. Roof Repair Specialist came out quickly the day after Christmas and gave us a detailed estimate including optional recommendations to other areas of the roof. They included pictures with text markups to show exactly what they found. Additionally, the estimate was itemized which made it easily understandable. They came out and fixed the leaking area as well as a roof tune-up for the whole roof. Also, they were able to find the exact shingle type so it was a perfect match for the new area. Extensive photos were shared the day of repair as well as shared with us before we had to make the final payment. They were very responsive, fairly priced, and detail-oriented.

When our condo roof sprung a leak, we had several roofers come take a look. Roof Repair Specialists did the most thorough inspection by far. They were responsive and very professional, and completed the work a couple weeks ago. It rained torrentially yesterday, and it seems the roof is fixed. Yay! This was not our first attempt at fixing the leak, and we especially appreciated their scheduling process--they put us on the calendar even though the wait was about two months. Other roofers we tried had a ""we'll call you when we're free"" policy, which didn't end up being ever. Recommend!

Then they replaced a large portion of our roof in a single day at a very reasonable price. It rained the very next day, all the leaks were fixed, and the roof looked great!

After the hurricane, I had a roof leak. I called a few companies, but only Roof Repair Specialist was willing to take on a smaller job. They set up a time, and Aram came by and reviewed the situation. He took his time and inspected. He took photos and explained what needed to be done. He said they have a $1200 minimum and explained that they would patch the holes and then do some preventative maintenance as well. We set up the time for them to do the work. I got a number of confirmations, and then the time was changed at the last minute, but it was fine. The guys came a bit early and were super nice and professional. I got photos afterwards of the work that was completed. I was really happy with my experience!
