The service I requested was a dry rot repair around a skylight and resealing all skylights and vents on my roof. The service was performed not too long after the inspection and the two gentlemen were very easy to work with as I had to explain the best ways to access the roof since it was almost 3 stories up and I had decks around most of the house. They did the work on the roof and completed the same day, and despite having to remove the skylight to redo all the wood around it, very little debris fell inside my house. I actually expected to see more.

I am happy with how they worked and recommend others to seek them out for work.

Someone came out to access the issues within three days and the repairs were completed within a few weeks (working around other storms as well). After remodeling our bathroom including adding an exhaust fan venting through the roof, we had a leak at that location. Roof Repair Specialist came out quickly the day after Christmas and gave us a detailed estimate including optional recommendations to other areas of the roof. They included pictures with text markups to show exactly what they found. Additionally, the estimate was itemized which made it easily understandable. They came out and fixed the leaking area as well as a roof tune-up for the whole roof. Also, they were able to find the exact shingle type so it was a perfect match for the new area. Extensive photos were shared the day of repair as well as shared with us before we had to make the final payment. They were very responsive, fairly priced, and detail-oriented.

When our condo roof sprung a leak, we had several roofers come take a look. Roof Repair Specialists did the most thorough inspection by far. They were responsive and very professional, and completed the work a couple weeks ago. It rained torrentially yesterday, and it seems the roof is fixed. Yay! This was not our first attempt at fixing the leak, and we especially appreciated their scheduling process--they put us on the calendar even though the wait was about two months. Other roofers we tried had a ""we'll call you when we're free"" policy, which didn't end up being ever. Recommend!
