We had a minor post-installation issue with one of our gutter downspout drainage. Our consultant committed to a quick fix but it fell through the crack. When reminded, he resolved the issue within a day. The RRS General Manager called later that day to verify that we were satisfied. While it would have been better if we didn't have a communication issue, RRS jumped on the problem immediately when contacted a second time and addressed our concern. This was a minor break in their service commitment but not enough to warrant a reduction in rating.

Roof Repair came to my house this past Monday Feb 3, 25 and did a great job fixing my roof after the very high winds a few weeks ago.
All the workmen were courteous and very neat. At the end of the job there was nothing to clean up and they used a magnet to make sure no tacks or nails or whatever are left behind.
Roof Repair Specialist did a much larger job last year and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The estimate was also really good. Very detailed and came with photos. They also replaced two skylights as well.
They are a legit business with a scheduling coordinator and billing department.
You can always get someone on the phone and they have a good response time. They delivered what they promised. My house is in Mar Vista -SoCal.

The only thing I can find fault with is they missed a cracked chimney last year and I had to have them come back and fix that as well.
