Great company to work with from the initial ""sales"" meeting to final inspection. Their team members are responsive and the team that did all of the labor was phenomenal. What I truly appreciated was how they scheduled the first inspection prior to starting work so there were no delays, especially given the fact I was called on Friday, December 22, asking if I would be interested in starting the work Tuesday, December 26, more than a month earlier than previously scheduled. I highly recommend this company!

Noah Jones was the consultant who came to evaluate my Spanish tile roof and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. I'd had many roofers come to evaluate the roof and Noah was by far the most helpful. He performed an extremely thorough inspection of my roof which he documented with pictures and a video. He explained his findings thoroughly and gave me an excellent presentation as to how his company could address my needs. He was polite, respectful, pleasant and very enthusiastic about his job and about the company. He was also very conscientious about providing good customer service. I haven't yet made a decision as to what I'm going to do about my roof, but I can't say enough positive things about Noah. He definitely stood heads and shoulders among the myriad of people that I've met with to evaluate my roof.

Noah came out to our home to check our roof since we had some leak concerns. He was very professional, honest and overall a nice guy. He pointed out some areas that needed attention and was very detailed with the type of repairs they do. I never felt any pressure to making any immediate decisions during our appointment and Noah was very patient with us. Another plus was that we got our repair quotes through email pretty quickly as well.

I wound up not going with this company because I decided to do my roof and solar panels with the same company (the argument being, with fewer companies involved, there might be less finger pointing if anything goes wrong... we shall see). However, one of their consultants, Noah Jones, came out to talk to me and check out my roof and give me a quote, and I thought he was excellent. For people who want top notch service, my guess is this is a very good company to go with.

You will regret after you hire them. It's waste of your money and time. I had a roof issue and hired them and still see the issues after. Of course, I requested them to fix what they have done and they ignored me completely. They obviously made an error and don't want see fix their errors and I don't think they are professionals. My roof has so many issues after they have done. I asked a 3rd company to evaluate the error and issue and they confirmed it's a roof issue and I told them.
