I called other company this is the only company that a human answered. This company operate on a step program one visit with estimate two schedule three repair four review the photos and then pay. They do not do emergency repair. All said they did an great job quiet has a church mouse I didnt know they were here. Clean professional job. I will be sure to call them for additional repair. Price was great

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this company. We did a roof maintenance/tune-up and gutter cleaning, and our estimate was extremely accurate/fairly priced with photos attached demonstrating what needed work and to explain what they were charging for. It was extensive and well done.

The rest of the process was excellent - everyone we contacted as part of this company was kind, attentive, and professional. Flavio was our inspector/point-person and would respond to e-mails, and phone calls to attend to our questions. The workers who came were efficient, and incredibly well organized. We got to ""test"" the roof shortly after with a very heavy autumn rainfall and not a leak to be found.

Would strongly recommend this company.

About 1.5 years after the repair to a small part of the roof- I noticed leaking- only with heavy rains.

The first person then sent out wasn't too sure about the cause- and it seems after he talked to his team- they decided it was best to do a water test.

Jean figured it out! The leak unfortunately is coming from another area (window)- so they won't be doing the repairs.

But they at least solved my problem! And didn't try to guess at the solution and charge for services that I don't need.

Definitely don't hesitate to hire them. They stand by their work- and I really appreciate the extra mile they went for me!

(Update Oct. 12 2022) The owner of Roof Repair Specialist had contacted us. He apologized and asked us to give them a second chance to make things right. He came to inspect our roof twice himself (once to inspect the damage, once after the repair) to ensure our roof is repaired to our satisfaction. We appreciate he took the responsibility and time to see it through.
We understand that it is a tough time for everyone and glad we give them a second chance.

I am very disappointed, not sure how they get five stars. We have a leak and they sent Chris. We requested two estimates, one for the leaking (which we got an estimate) and the other one for replacing/fixing a section of the other side of the roof. I have called a few times to follow up, but I have never heard from Chris again for the estimate on the other one. I guess they don't want to do it or they don't know how to fix it.

A roof is nothing to mess with. These guys do the best job for the best price. You don't get over 400 5 star reviews for nothing. Also Marty the sales person came by made sure everything was great.

I found this company on yelp and liked how they have over 400 positive reviews. I read some of the negative reviews just to see if i experience any of those thing.

I spoke to Grace she set the appointment for us with their inspector Flavio. Flavio contacted pretty fast and he came to the property, i showed him the ceiling damage and we walked the roof together and he showed me where and what needs to be done to fix it.

He gave us a fair price. And emailed me the estimate with pictures which seemed very professional. Flavio was very smart and i could tell he knews his roofing business!!

We had some issue with his emails not coming through at first but that was a technical issue, that was quickly fixed. He was always very responsive and 99% of our communications where through text and phone calls.

Then he said the production team will contact us in a few days to come by and start the repairs.....within about 3 days, the production crew called and showed up......they came and where very profesional we went throughthe work and it was completed the same day.

I even spoke to Daniel and Aundrea the managers of the company. I shared with them that i had a positive experience and im grateful for the repairs.

Fortunately, i had a great experience and could not relate with any of the negative reviews posted here since Management was so easy to contact.

I would highly recommend them. Good friendly, HONEST, people.

My sister hired these professionals. RRS did a great job on their roof. The pricing was reasonable and they did not try to upsell. RRS showed us photos of our roof before and after. Thank you Marty for your patience. I am glad RRS did the repair for our roof. I high recommend hiring them.
