I waited a while before writing a review because I wanted to make sure that we get good results from our Repair. We purchased a new home last year and needed to do some work before moving in. I was searching for a roofing company for a while then I got referred to these guys from my buddy who put in the brand new floors in our house. They came out within a few days gave us an estimate and with all the other stuff going on with the house they were really good with scheduling. We didn't start the repair until everything else was done with the house and it was a beautiful last touch to the house. Great communication which was very important to us. We've got some rain since and the results are great.

Got problem with my rock roof - leak, I see that Roof Repair Specialist got a number of good review, called them to have a quote, got the appointment, arrived at promised time, got a reasonable quote schedule time for repair (2 weeks after call). Scott arrived today surprised to see him alone, my roof has leak at 2 locations. He works very efficient, finished the repair in 3-4 hours. excellent job

With the light rain two weeks ago I had noticed a small leak in my garage flat roof. I live in Altadena, border of Pasadena and my home is over 90 years old. I have a small single car garage with a flat roof which is probably 15 years old. I called Chris and scheduled a appointment. When peter came out he went up and inspected the roof and took pictures. He recommended we install a new layer of torch down he called it, roofing on top of the garage. Instead of removing the old roofing they went on top of it and were able to save me money. I was happy with the way they work and they are always available to take my call. I am hoping it holds up during the rain as I park a 1950's camaro in the garage that I wouldn't want to get dirty.

I needed some work done on my roof. For anyone that had the stupid Idea like me to install a solar water heater on my roof 15 years ago, you know it's a pain to find someone to remove it. I called a few roofers and they told me to called handymen, I called handymen and they told me to called roofers As I was running around in circles to find someone I happen to see a truck on the freeway with logos that read Roof Repair Specialist, I figured I have nothing to loose and snapped a picture of the phone number wile driving and called them when I got home.

I called them with little hope of results, but to my dismay they said they could help me with that. They said that they didn't really like removing the solar water heaters but new that people needed it done, so they added that service. They came by took a look and got it done the following week.

So I had been putting of replacing my roof for a while now, cause its not fun spending over 10k on your roof. I had 3 layers of old roofing that needed to be town of, new plywood installed along with new roofing, we also had to replace a few broken beams and random wood.

We had got multiple quotes and actually decided to go with another company originally. Even though we really liked the professionalism of Roof Repair Specialist, we decided to go with a cheaper company. When it came time to start the project, the other contractor told me that I needed to go to the city with them and pull the permit. That didn't sound right to me so I asked him why that was, he gave me some excuse about new city laws and whatever. It turns out they did not have a roofing license and the contractor's license they were using was not even theres!. That is when I decided to call Roof Repair Specialist and give the job to them, I didn't want to risk a unlicensed person on my roof. They provided me with all of there insurance and license paperwork and showed me how to check a constractors license online. Just go to CSLB.CA.GOV, you can put a license number in and see if its active or suspended, if it has insurance and when it expires, and what kind of license it is. I highly recommend doing this as there are allot of shysters out there.  

All in all we were happy with Roof Repair Specialist and the work they did. They went to the city and pulled the license and permits they needed, met with the inspectors and passed inspections. They allowed me to pay with a cc which was convenient.

I've been looking for a roofing company to come look at our roof for the last two months. Finally met Chris and Andre through a mutual friend and they happen to be in the business. I owe a two story house with the bedrooms being upstairs and I knew I had to get some roof work done before the rainy season. These guys were awesome. They answered all our questions. It ended up that we needed to re roof the main house and just repaired the back house. The back house repair even came with warranty which was a sweet deal. It's hard to get a good deal with quality affect.

We bought a house last year and started renovating it this year. With everything being done we were on a tight budget but still wanted our roof to be done because the last thing we wanted was our newly painted walls and our furniture to get ruined because of a leak or any problems in the upcoming rainy months. We heard about Roof Repair Specialist from our friend who just got his re-roofed. Contacted and got Chris to come out within a week and gave us an estimate. It was a little above our budget but he really knew what he was talking about. He showed me some of their previous jobs that were done and they looked great. They installed a new roof and was done within three days. I am amazed by their work and nothing looks more fresh on a house then a new roof. I highly recommend them.

I found Roof Repair Specialist through Yelp and i am very pleased their team. They were very responsive and came out within a few days. Their team is extremely knowledgeable which put my mind at ease. I needed someone to come out quickly because i was going away on business and they came and gave me the estimate and the amount of time it would take to do the job. They sure delivered what they promised.

This review is a few months late... with the massive rainstorms in SoCal this year For the first time since being homeowners I had a leak in my living room. We have a flat roof and I knew the day would come as I've always been told that flat roofs leak allot. I contacted many different roofing companies that either didn't get back to me or would indicate they can come in 2 weeks for an estimate. I started searching on Yelp when I found Roof Repair Specialist. They were very easy to get hold of. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate and told me exactly what was causing the leak. They were always profesional and ready to answer my questions and return my calls, sometimes a it took them a few hours to get back, but they always did. We had two rains since the repair and my living room is dry.

We recently decided to remodel our parents house which was outdated. Their roof was the last thing on our mind until half way through painting the kitchen we realized we were having a leak and it was ruining the paint. Asked my neighbors who had a roofing work done recently for their contact and we called roof repair specialist right away. They were very knowledgeable and came out the next day, gave us an estimate and got to work. We had to re-roof because it's been a while since we had anything done to the house and the roof was damaged. I am very pleased with the outcome and the process, they took care of all the permits and inspections. And the house looks amazing !!!
