Do not use this company!!! This was their flashing fix after coming out 5 times with unsatisfactory work. They charged me $850 for this Jack job which I will be filing a credit card dispute if they do not refund me.

NETHER ROOF REPAIR NOR LEAK EXPERTS [UNPROFESSIONAL]

If I could give 0 stars - I would. In June 2021, I paid $1100 for this company to come fix a leak in my roof. After 2 attempts, the problem was NOT FIXED and this was a particularly rainy summer so rain continued to come in the house. I then called 7 times. Each time they scheduled another appointment and each time no one showed up or called to tell me that they weren't showing up. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and wasted days of time. I called and told the woman who answers the phone what was happening and all she would do is reschedule another appointment in which no one would show up. When I asked to speak to the owner, she did the same thing. Reschedule the appointment. No one would call, no one would show up. I called back and asked to speak to the owner again and finally I was passed through to a voicemail. I left a voicemail about the issue and requested a call back. No one called. finally I got busy and gave up. No one ever called, checked in or tried to rectify this in anyway. It has been 5 months. It rained two days ago and it flared up my irritation with this company.

What good is a warranty if they never come to actually fix the problem?

I debated wether I should write this review or quit wasting my time dealing with this company, however, I make a lot of decisions based on reviews and if some one would have been there to let me of this unprofessionalism, I would have looked for another company. So if you are looking for roof repair, save your self the headache and look somewhere else.

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would we've had nothing but headaches since the day we hire them to replace our roof back in May 2020 after a hail storm.
It took several months to start the project. The supplies were delivered and sat in my driveway for over a month! Once the project started extra money was needed to complete the project due to poor estimate.
Unbeknownst to us this company subcontracted out to another roofing company to install our roof. Several months after our roof was put on we receive noticed that a lien was going to be put on our home because a failure to pay!

I contacted Jami at this company and told her the situation and she told me that they made arrangements with this other company to pay them after we already paid Jami and her husband over $25,000 for our new roof. Now we have a leak in our new roof and I've called several times to have them come out and honor their five year warranty and all I get is will get back with you we will come out and then no one will show up I have sat in my home two different occasions waiting for them to come out to inspect the leak.

Run away from this company and do not have the headaches that we have!

In the past, I've used this company and felt they did good work for a fair price. I was never charged an inspection fee and it was understood that I wanted them to assess the damage and do the repairs if their estimate was within reason. I've been happy and recommended them to many people.

This occasion, though, was different. Still polite customer service, but I was NOT told there would be a $75 fee for someone to come out and estimate what needed to be done and price the job. I was surprised! I asked if it would be deducted from the cost of service and she said, ""No,"" plus the estimate wouldn't be emailed to me until I paid the ""inspection"" fee.

I respect a laborer's time and expertise but I expect to be informed of any fees up front (especially when estimates had been performed gratis in the past). The repair prices also seem to have doubled what they were 3 years ago. So, nice people, decent level of work, but certain internal changes have me shying away: I will no longer be recommending them to my friends or colleagues.

As I said, I have used and appreciated this company in the past, so I'm not sure what's changed, but I know it isn't me!

P.S. After I declined the highly inflated (IMHO) estimate/contract for repairs, they offered me a ""great price on a new roof."" I have no desire for a new roof: the house is under contract and is closing next week. I don't have to do anything to the roof: I'm just trying to be kind and ensure that the folks who move in have no immediate concerns.

Initially I was impressed with Roof Repair and Leaks Experts when they did the estimate. However, the leak keeps leaking and now I have mold in the walls. After I called and scheduled third follow up appointment, the technician was a no show and no call. When I called the owner Jeff, he never bothered to call me back and texted me and told me to text his secretary, which I thought was an unprofessional way to resolve a customer complaint. Good prices, poor outcome.

I would recommend using someone else. I chose them because they had a bunch of good reviews on Angie's List, but I am not sure about the accuracy of those.

I have had them out on 4 different occasions to fix a roof leak, and it still leaks in the exact same place it did before. They told me more than once they were going to use alumacoat to seal up the leaks rather than just putting silicone over them, but they never do, they want to do it cheaply instead. I would think that using the right product the first time would be cheaper than sending guys out on four different occasions, but I guess I would be wrong. I've taken pictures of the leaks after every rainstorm just so that I can prove the problem still exists.

In addition, their communication is poor. I have had repeated issues with scheduling, guys not showing up on the day they stated they would be there. Or, they get there an hour earlier than their stated time and I miss them. Arriving early might seem great, but not when you are taking off work to be there in a certain time window and you miss them and have to reschedule for a week later as a result.

Had several jobs completed by the Roof Repair and Leak Experts and have always had a great experience. Main technician is always on time and works hard, gets the job done. Have had maintenance completed, leak fixed, and solar attic fan installed all at a great price and great work. This is also one of the few companies that will do small jobs. Highly recommended for every two year maintenance, keep the water out!

Excellent company and service. I have used this company for many years to do the annual roof inspection and maintenance on my roof. Each interaction has been great. Their customer service is amazing and they are always able to accommodate my busy work schedule. Each employee that I have spoken to on the phone and the roofer in person demonstrates in words and actions that customer service is of top priority.
