Roof was leaking around the chimney, there was some separation and some rotted wood. Didn't just want to put a band-aid on it so I hired a professional.

He came out and charged me $200 to do the band-aid fix that I could have done myself. didn't even replace the rotted wood, even after he was going to replace it when he did his inspection.

That was the most expensive caulk I've ever bought.
