Absolutely terrible, last winter had a leak destroying my laundry room ceiling. Brand new roof leaking, and first time they were called out, did not come inside to even see where the leak was. Leak continued, and further ruined the ceiling. Finally came inside the house to find the leak, and attempted to repair the roof. I then replaced the ceiling after they said they would replace the ceiling and never showed up. My roof is now leaking again, causing the brand new ceiling to be ruined once again. I do not recommend this company. Poor quality, poor timing, terrible to get ahold of.

Bo and Pat Maple are amazing at what they do. They have helped us time after time and have done a great job. The price has been very responsible but the quality it top notch.

Really happy to support a local small business and get great results! We had a crew out today to fix some facia so that we can paint and I really appreciated his guys showing up on time and getting the job done. I REALLY LOVE that they cleaned up after themselves and left the place in better condition than when they arrived. Great job, hope I don't need them again but will definitely be our GO TO if we need roof work

This is one where maybe back in the day the guy knew what he was doing... but nowadays just stay away. Pat is a little off the rails and does not own up to mistakes or any problems cause by his crews work. Plus they left cigarette butts laying around. Just messy and unprofessional.

The others who say don't use Pat Maple...BELIEVE THEM. My Brother who is now deceased had hired them about 8 years ago to do the roof on our house and shop. He came out to check on leaks on the roof on the shop, all over in various places. He said he remembered he maybe had used some new fangled paper underneath. Well apparently it wasn't any good, or maybe it was the fact he had used his kids to do the work. Said to call him when it rained again so he could see where the problem was. Yeah...he never returned my calls. My brother was supposed to have been somewhat of a friend...huhhh. Then to make matters a million times worse, our handyman said when he got into our attic he just noticed that the nails he used were not proper roofing nails....he used long nails that penetrated all the way thru and looks like there is dampness at their holes, so now maybe my roof will leak like a sieve...WHAT THE %@$/!!!??!??. If I can find a way to sue the socks off him I will, or maybe there should be a class action suit. Another friend of my brother who is a contractor said he wouldn't use Pat Maple to roof his dog house...so there you go!!!!!

Patrick Maple is the owner of this business and needs to take responsibility for his shotty work! Two business professionals I have known for quite sometime, hired Roof Rangers to repair their home and office roofs. The work was so incredibly bad! They left gaps in the ceiling for water to get through and cost my partners thousands of dollars in repairs! Roof Rangers also did the work while under a suspended license. He then suggested one of my partners commit insurance fraud to cover the damages that his bad work led to. We spent over $115k to repair all the damage done. He has refused to honor his warranty, refused to come do repairs and refused to answer the phone calls. Do not hire this company to do your repairs or replacement, they will take your money and not do a proper job. Save yourself a headache and get a integral contractor!

My parents hired these guys to put on a new roof. What a nightmare!!!! The ""crew"" is pretty much all worthless. They stand around and talk all day and very few seem to have any experience. I really feel they just hire random people off the street. It takes them months to get anything done. The owner drives up in his truck and never even gets out to check. In the end my parents just wanted them gone. They ended up having to hire someone else and pay thousands to fix all the things Roof Rangers messed up or didn't do correctly. Don't make the mistake we did!!!!!

We had some leaks repaired around our chimney and at the end of one of the valleys in our garage well that is we thought they were fixed the next rain storm that came in the rain just poured right through like it always did before roof Rangers charged over $2000 and did nothing when we called them back to let them know that the leaks are still leaking in the same spots we never got a response we left messages and they never ever returned calls do not use them and I know we won't

Did a Great job repairing multiple issues on my roof. Would have been 4 stars but they called 2 weeks after the job was complete to make sure everything was OK and I was satisfied.
