Disappointed with communication. Called them late last month and the man told me that he would come by before noon that day after I sent him my address. I sent him my address and he never followed up or called me to tell me that he would not be coming by. We just waited expecting them to come by for an estimate. I am not sure what happened, but I do not appreciate being told one thing and then being ignored afterwards. For that reason, I'm not sure I would recommend this business due to the lack of communication and them not doing what they said they would do.

Seeing 2 leak spots at my front patio and with the rain continuing for the next several days, I was quite worry about the potential damage and the cost to repair it. I submitted an online estimation info with Roof Pros Roofing on a Sunday evening and to my surprise, Rudy, the owner/contractor, responded back to me within few minutes that he could come for free estimation the next morning.

Rudy came and checked our roof the next day. He explained that there were several tiles being misaligned and one was out of place completely causing rain to pour in the gaps. He said it's just a minor issue, he already helped me to put the tiles back in places closing all gaps and reassured me that there shouldn't be any more leak and refused to take any payment from me for his time coming out and helping quick fix the problem. I'm so appreciated for his kindness.

I totally recommend Roof Pros Roofing, my experience with Rudy shows that they are honest, not trying to rip off or over charge for unnecessary services and very quick with their responses.

The first time I met Rudy he was too busy to check out the roof and, was constantly on his phone-Rather rude- So, I wrote this about him and, he begged for me to re-write so, I did after we talked...
I recently asked for him to come out and, look @ a small leak in my roofing next to the solar panels and, he went on about ""NOT"" wanting to be troubled w/ solar rights, infringements etc. and, said they now only do large of full roofs and, my E-Mail was back as shot to spam...
Rudy is worse the before and, full of promises but, lacking on trust and, his word-""Self-Seeking"" I DO NOT recommend this company-Art

I had two serious roof leaks after recent heavy rains and called Roof Pros. I got a prompt response and techs were promptly dispatched. They returned the next day and did necessary repairs, and water-tested the repairs. They gurantee their work for one year. I learned valuable info during this visit, which is regular maintenance is recommened on a concrete shake roof every 4-5 years. Great to work with and fairly priced. I highly recommend!

If I could give 100 stars I would. We had an emergency roof leak due to one of my concrete tiles sliding down and no other company was willing to come out within a reasonable time frame except for Roof Pros. The actual owner called me and said if his team wasn't available then he would come out and fix it himself because he didn't want to leave my roof exposed. He came and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Unlike most contractors he was NOT FLAKY at all. He showed up on time and was super polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Roof Pros for all your roofing needs. Thank you Rudy for being so reliable and professional!!

Great response time. Woke up to a leaky skylight in my kitchen this morning. This company came to my rescue before and they do excellent work. I have a roof with lots of angels and skylights that aren't always watertight but they have fixed everything to my satisfaction. Definitely will call again.

Needed a new roof put on called these guys they agreed to go to the job site to inspect the roof and send me an estimate. They send an ""estimate."" And the so-called estimate was nothing more than for them to get their foot in the door and charge me later once the roof is ripped off. I asked for a complete estamite on roof off replace complete. They send me this nonsense: 1. Remove and dispose 1 layer of existing composition roofing system.
2. Remove and replace 7/16"" OSB sheathing if dry rot is found at the rate of $90 per sheet.
3. Install Rhino synthetic underlayment to entire areas of roof.
4. Install pre-painted 2"" drip edge metal to perimeter, pre-painted pipe jacks, and code caps.
5. Install pre-painted metal valleys as needed.
6. Install roof ventilation system, and additional O'Haggin pre-painted low pro-file roof dormer vents per County of Madera code
requirements.
7. Install Certainteed 30 year Energy Star (color of choice) Limited Lifetime composition roofing system per manufacturers
specifications.
8. Install SBS high pro-file ridge system per manufacturers specifications.
9. Clean up and remove all debris from

On item 1. they claim they didn't know the roof had two layers. That's the first thing you check for on a roof redo.
item 2. They know it's a two-layer roof or they would not have put this item in knowing it would bump up the price of the job dramatically. If they inspected the roof no way could they have missed it being a two-layer roof.
These clowns are total rip-offs. I guess they didn't know I have been in construction for a while. I asked the owner why he didn't check how many layers on the roof he said ""I don't like tearing a roof apart to check that."" Dumb ass all he had to do was just stand on the ground and look at the ends of the roofline. Or simply turn up a corner of any shingle and see its a two layer. Love nailing dishonest contractors. Many good contractors out there just a few worthless ones giving the rest of us a bad name!
