Got 4 bids Roof Pros Rancho had the most professional bid that was in our opinion the best value. The estimate was competitive and the incidentals like new tiles and decking were listed for a reasonable cost, and were not gouging like the competitors. Friendly professional service for the whole experience. At the end of the job pictures of all the repair steps and the finished product were included in an email. All work has a warranty. Still shop your estimates but I bet this will be your guy at the end of the day.

I had the unfortunate event of having a leaky roof due to the recent heavy rains. I called up Roof Pros and Rich replied back fairly quickly. I spoke to him and provided pictures of the situation which he was able to analyze provide me the likely root cause of the leak. He schedule me in without delay and completed the work in one day. He is amazingly efficient and professional with good communication skills. In addition, he provides a nice summary report detailing what was completed and corrected.
I did not price out the work but the quote seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend Roof Pros and would not hesitate to use their service again.
