During this past rain season, one of my roof tiles cracked and caused a roof leak. I called three companies to inspect the damage and Roof Pros Rancho had the best customer service and price. When I decided to get the work done, Rich was very responsive and accommodating. He showed up on time, completed the work the same day, and cleaned up the work area before he left. There was no pressure when obtaining a quote from them and they did not try to scare me into getting more work done than necessary. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use this company again. If you're looking for a company that will provide excellent service, a great price, and will not take advantage of you, then I highly recommend Roof Pros Rancho.

This year we had some cracked tiles after a solar installation project. We called Rich and he came right out and fixed them for us. It's so nice to have a reliable, trustworthy roofer that is reasonably priced. I can't imagine calling anyone else for future roof issues.

Got 4 bids Roof Pros Rancho had the most professional bid that was in our opinion the best value. The estimate was competitive and the incidentals like new tiles and decking were listed for a reasonable cost, and were not gouging like the competitors. Friendly professional service for the whole experience. At the end of the job pictures of all the repair steps and the finished product were included in an email. All work has a warranty. Still shop your estimates but I bet this will be your guy at the end of the day.

I had the unfortunate event of having a leaky roof due to the recent heavy rains. I called up Roof Pros and Rich replied back fairly quickly. I spoke to him and provided pictures of the situation which he was able to analyze provide me the likely root cause of the leak. He schedule me in without delay and completed the work in one day. He is amazingly efficient and professional with good communication skills. In addition, he provides a nice summary report detailing what was completed and corrected.
I did not price out the work but the quote seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend Roof Pros and would not hesitate to use their service again.
