Earlier this month, I hired Daniel to replace the roof of my house in Berkeley. Daniel is one of the best service providers I've hired over the years for various home repair services. I'd give him 10 star if I could.

Daniel is very professional, honest, trustworthy, responsive and accommodating. His cost estimate was very reasonable and among the lowest I got, and his workmanship warranty was the best among the quotes I got. He was willing to work with my budget and even did some extra work but would not charge for extra. He's very easy to work with, and communicate well with customer (me) . Since I couldn't be on site, He sent me photos and updates frequently while the job was in progress and responded to my questions promptly. he and his crew did an exceptional job within the time frame I needed the job done. After the job was completed, a minor issue was noticed and Daniel took care of it promptly without delay.

I am very happy with the job and his service. I particularly appreciate Daniel's honesty and willingness to help his customer. I would definitely hire him again without hesitance and I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for roof services.

We went with them after shopping around to four other places. Their price was markedly better than others. The thing that made me go with them was all of the good reviews?people had stated that they had great customer experience with them that they had even bought them flowers and wine when they closed the deal so I really felt like this place cared about customer experience.
BUT that was not the experience we had. They were fast setting appointment and they even offered to haul away some bags of yard trash that we were going to put out for a bulk trash pick up. But daily I was finding all of their trash in the backyard, and the more upsetting aspect of things was one of their people was? tearing down a dilapidated overhang, And it dropped and broke a garden trellis that I had made for my vegetables, and smashed my plants breaking the main trunk of a large tomato plant! and they did not even bother to tell me they broke it, and they did nothing to fix it. My father-in-law had to call them and tell them what they had done and then they came to apologize, but still did nothing to make up for it. Sorrys do not fix the broken trellis. I had to come up with a makeshift way to fix it and it's still that way because nobody bothered to make it right. The last day I went into the backyard after they had left, to find that they had left all kinds of materials behind, glues, spray paints, old brackets, trimmed gutters, it was just not very professional at all.
So I will say that in their availability they were very good, The roof itself we had one leak in the gutter system on the first rain and they sent somebody out to deal with that.I just do not know that I am very happy overall I feel like the installers really dropped the ball. They took down the old satellite dishes that were up on the roof from previous owners, and they were just thrown in my backyard I had to throw them out in the front yard just so that they would take them!

Danial and Leo provide exceptional service and are incredibly honest and ethical. We had a roof leak that three previous roofers could not locate.
Last year, Leo came out and patched suspected shingles but refused payment, not sure if that had done the job, but it worked. This year, I called asking if they would check to ensure we had no other issues. Danial, his brother, found another spot and repaired it at no charge. These guys are terrific, reliable, trustworthy, and talented. I could not recommend them more highly

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Roof Proofing. We called this morning to see if they could look at a leak that had developed and at least put a tarp over it until the weather got better. Daniel said they could be there in about an hour. He and Leonel showed up on time as promised and quickly assessed the problem on our tile roof. They determined that it was a quick fix and said that since it wouldn't take them more than about 20 minutes to fix it that there would be no charge! Who does that?! We are very grateful and impressed and will definetly call them again if the need arised in the future.

I called on a holiday and Yelp does not allow you to get through. So, as I was looking through their page, I found the direct number and connected with Leo. He said he would stop by the same day and provide me a quote. He showed up in time and I was very impressed with his commitment to service. My gutters were in a deep need of cleaning. He took the time to tell me what's going and serviced the gutters! I am so thankful he was able to handle this for me. Definitely recommend this company!!! I see why they are highly rated. What do I like, when I call, Daniel returns the call within a couple hours. He stands behind his work and goes the extra effort to make sure it's not just a good job but it turns out to be a GREAT job. This will be the 6th roof job he has done, and the experience has been amazing. The cost is always low and timing is reasonable. I highly recommend him to be on your call list for any type of roof or gutter work!

We had an emergency situation where we needed immediate help once we could find a good price and when I say Roof Proofing delivered I mean they DELIVERED! Leonel wasted no time when we told them we needed help, he made sure to show us what we needed and why we needed it and answered any questions we had to make sure we understood everything. They had a great price for great material quality, started within the week we had approved to quote and made sure they covered up my roof for the rain that was to come a couple days before they could start because we had a leak we were concerned about. Leonel and his team including Daniel were quick to get started and it only took a few days for them to finish with full disclosure and the best communication throughout the process, every inspection we had with the city passed with no issues at all. This is the most reliable and trustworthy genuine company I ever could have wished to work with in our time of need most of all but honestly ANYTIME! I recommend Leo and his team 100%. When I was searching for gutter clean and repair, Most of companies took couple of days to one week to come out for estimate. Leo responded right a way and came out for free estimate the next day at 7pm. And he sent me an estimate that night with very very reasonable price compare to the estimate from other company I really appreciate for his accommodation and late work. He scheduled for my home with in a week even on Sunday. Leo and his team are very efficient and very friendly. Leo even cleaned the debris from the roof and gutter that fell in my back yard.
