I had a great re-roofing experience with Roof Pro! I met Cesar to discuss the project to re-roof and insulate my fourplex apartment building. Cesar was very informative and spend a good deal of time with me explaining the different options available, pro and cons of various methods and providing me with samples of roofing material to choose from. I live in the apt building so I was able to daily observe the progress of the project which progressed very well with the skilled Roof Pro team. They tore down the old roof, repaired the roof in certain locations, the city performed an inspection, then they put in the insulation and new roof. There was another inspection at the completion of the project. Because I have a large building, the inspection scheduling and one day of rain, the project took about 8 days. The rain occurred after taking the roof off. The area was completely covered in plastic during the rain. At the end of the project, the team thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed the rear patios. I highly recommend Roof Pro to anyone wanting to have an excellent re-roofing experience!

If you want a professional job and done right use this company. Owner Cesar was professional, diligent and courteous from day one . He gave us an estimate and replaced our entire roof in just a few days even with all this rain we've been having. His workers are great!
No messing around, worked hard the entire time AND cleaned everything up!! Big plus for me.
He also replaced our skylight in the kitchen and we are just so happy with the end result. I highly recommend Roof Pros.. no need to look anywhere else.

If you are having roof issues, I highly recommend Cesar and Roof Pro. I was experiencing leaks do to the recent rain storms. One was around a skylight and the other was along an exterior wall. Cesar came out soon after I placed my call. He went on the roof to inspect the areas and came down with pictures to show me the problem. He provided a brief explanation of the cause and how he would resolve the problem. I felt comfortable with his evaluation and a very reasonable and fair price. I am very happy that I made the call to Roof Pro. Cesar went above and beyond my expectations. He and his helper brought a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the job. I was so happy with his work in fact, I called him again when my mother-in-law's roof began to leak. So let it rain, because thanks to Cesar we can rest comfortably knowing our leaks have been repaired. Thank you Cesar for the great service you provided.

Had an estimate scheduled today and when I called to see if they were still coming after the time window had passed Claudia said she would call me back and that they should still be coming. She called back and said he'd come by 30 minutes ago and knocked on the door. We never heard anything and my dog didn't bark, plus no call. Then Claudia told me the guy said he'd eyeballed my roof and didn't do work on metal roofs. When I called to schedule the estimate, I'd explained that it was a metal roof on the addition. Since I'm dealing with an active leak this is very disappointing and a waste of my time to say the least. Wish they lived up to their great yelp ratings so I could try to get this fixed.

In response to the comment: my gates are locked and you are not able to see the roof in question without coming into the backyard. The home inspection lists it as a metal roof, your whole sunroof comment is nonsensical.

Any respectable company would've called if they showed up and no one answered. Probably what happened is that the roofers realized it was not a big job and left right away. I disagree with your comment and your poor customer service.

Can't say enough great things about Roof Pro, Cesar, and the team. I was having a leak issue and Cesar came out right away. He was professional, respectful, and answered all of the questions we had. Cesar even took pictures and explained the work done.

After finishing the job, I had a few follow up questions and concerns regarding my roof. Cesar came back the same day, double checked my roof, put my mind at ease.

Trustworthy and prompt. Cesar came out to check on a leak we had at our home from a storm. He accessed our roof and informed us that all we needed to do is regular maintenance to clear the water flow. He cleaned the area for us. Since then, it has rained a number of times and we no longer have a leak. He was honest about our problem and didn't try to upsell us to fix or replace our Spanish tile. So grateful for his service and our leakfree roof! Call him if you have any roofing problems

I hate writing reviews, especially negative reviews. We got this recommendation from a solar company we used and Cesar came highly recommended. The first appointment was completely missed and he never showed up. I get it, though, he may have been busy on a job or dealing with some work related emergency. Well, it cost my wife an I to now have to switch our schedules around again for the second time so the we could be home when he showed up for the estimate. He did show up and gave us an estimate and we called back to set up a time to get the work done and we have never had a phone call returned. It is just bad manners and bad behavior to not return a phone call when your customer is very patient and understanding that your might be busy. Like I said, we are not wanting to write a negative review -- it seems out of character with the guy, Cesar, that I met. But it is rude and very disappointing.

Very fast response

I had a roof leak that caused water to drip from the ceiling of my house. A new rain storm is coming in 2 days. I called Roof Pro and Cesar came out the day after my call and repaired the leak with a day to spare before the new rain arrives.

5 stars all day long! When you are excited to yelp and personally refer someone business, you know they truly deserve the 5 stars. My house is in his pictures and I know it was a tough job given the total tear-off. I will gladly talk with anyone to help Cesar continue to be successful. Cesar and was incredible to work every step of the process, and his team was great as well. Prompt and professional visit to understand my project in depth to accurate, accurate and thorough pricing, extra attention to detail on the tough spots, was there a lot with his team and immediately if I ever asked, stuck to his commitments and timelines, kept a clean job site, friendly and hard-working team...and I know he will be around and stand by his word if anything comes up.
