I had an awesome experience with Cesar from Roof Pro Remodeling. During the process of receiving multiple quotes, Cesar was the only one that was very prompt and timely with email and text messages whenever I had questions. After meeting with him in person to determine if I should go with Roof Pro Remodeling, he was able to give his honest answers, opinions, and recommendations regarding my roofing project. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions thoroughly. On top of that, he had the most competitive quote as well. He was also willing to work in conjunction with my Solar project as well.

The project itself was smooth and efficient. Cesar handled everything from A to Z, including obtaining the permits and scheduling the inspections. He kept me updated every step of the way and would respond quickly to all my question and concerns along the way. He was also able to coordinate his crew effectively to work with another Solar company since I was getting solar panels installed as well. His crew worked hard every day including Saturday and Sundays to complete the job in a little over 1.5 weeks.

My house now looks great after getting rid of our 25+ year shingle roof and installing lightweight concrete tiles.

Overall, Roof Pro Remodeling did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them.

Had an extraordinary experience with Cesar and Roof Pro today. Cesar came by our La Palma home today to inspect the roof, advise on a repair and discuss new roof options. We were a little stressed because our home insurer threatened to cancel our policy over some lifting shingles unless they were repaired quickly. Cesar offered to make the quick repair free of charge and was so generous with his time. He also gave us some pictures for the insurer and offered to make himself available if the insurer wanted to talk to him about the repair. It looks like we're going to need a new roof in the next couple of years and we look forward to giving Cesar and Roof Pro the business.

I requested a quote from several companies regarding a fence on my roof that caused a leak. Cesar responded quickly and thoroughly addressed my issues. What I loved in particular was that he also provided pictures on how things should be installed correctly. He was the only company to be as thorough. He came to look at my particular issue. He was prompt and was able to assess my issue almost immediately. He provided detailed explanation, pictures, and offered a solution of the issue. The day I scheduled the work to be done Cesar rescheduled due to rain, but it did not rain. This was a little inconvenient, but things happen which is understandable. I appreciate Cesar always remaining in contact with me. Nonetheless the work was rescheduled and completed. They were on time and fixed everything within a few hours. They worked extremely hard, because my roof membrane was incredibly difficult to fix. Cesar provided before, during, and after photos of the entire job and warrantied the work for a year. Couldn't be more grateful to find this company. Would definitely use them again!

I had a great re-roofing experience with Roof Pro! I met Cesar to discuss the project to re-roof and insulate my fourplex apartment building. Cesar was very informative and spend a good deal of time with me explaining the different options available, pro and cons of various methods and providing me with samples of roofing material to choose from. I live in the apt building so I was able to daily observe the progress of the project which progressed very well with the skilled Roof Pro team. They tore down the old roof, repaired the roof in certain locations, the city performed an inspection, then they put in the insulation and new roof. There was another inspection at the completion of the project. Because I have a large building, the inspection scheduling and one day of rain, the project took about 8 days. The rain occurred after taking the roof off. The area was completely covered in plastic during the rain. At the end of the project, the team thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed the rear patios. I highly recommend Roof Pro to anyone wanting to have an excellent re-roofing experience!

If you want a professional job and done right use this company. Owner Cesar was professional, diligent and courteous from day one . He gave us an estimate and replaced our entire roof in just a few days even with all this rain we've been having. His workers are great!
No messing around, worked hard the entire time AND cleaned everything up!! Big plus for me.
He also replaced our skylight in the kitchen and we are just so happy with the end result. I highly recommend Roof Pros.. no need to look anywhere else.

If you are having roof issues, I highly recommend Cesar and Roof Pro. I was experiencing leaks do to the recent rain storms. One was around a skylight and the other was along an exterior wall. Cesar came out soon after I placed my call. He went on the roof to inspect the areas and came down with pictures to show me the problem. He provided a brief explanation of the cause and how he would resolve the problem. I felt comfortable with his evaluation and a very reasonable and fair price. I am very happy that I made the call to Roof Pro. Cesar went above and beyond my expectations. He and his helper brought a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the job. I was so happy with his work in fact, I called him again when my mother-in-law's roof began to leak. So let it rain, because thanks to Cesar we can rest comfortably knowing our leaks have been repaired. Thank you Cesar for the great service you provided.

Had an estimate scheduled today and when I called to see if they were still coming after the time window had passed Claudia said she would call me back and that they should still be coming. She called back and said he'd come by 30 minutes ago and knocked on the door. We never heard anything and my dog didn't bark, plus no call. Then Claudia told me the guy said he'd eyeballed my roof and didn't do work on metal roofs. When I called to schedule the estimate, I'd explained that it was a metal roof on the addition. Since I'm dealing with an active leak this is very disappointing and a waste of my time to say the least. Wish they lived up to their great yelp ratings so I could try to get this fixed.

In response to the comment: my gates are locked and you are not able to see the roof in question without coming into the backyard. The home inspection lists it as a metal roof, your whole sunroof comment is nonsensical.

Any respectable company would've called if they showed up and no one answered. Probably what happened is that the roofers realized it was not a big job and left right away. I disagree with your comment and your poor customer service.

Can't say enough great things about Roof Pro, Cesar, and the team. I was having a leak issue and Cesar came out right away. He was professional, respectful, and answered all of the questions we had. Cesar even took pictures and explained the work done.

After finishing the job, I had a few follow up questions and concerns regarding my roof. Cesar came back the same day, double checked my roof, put my mind at ease.
