But before they could begin, our old Mediterranean tiles and the rotted wood underneath had to be completely removed and new wood put in place. Roof Prep explained the entire process to us, coordinated the work, got it all done in time for Tesla to start their part. The best was the continual and final clean up. Each day we came home from work we expected a war zone, but all was cleaned up. During the work, a wayward tile fell off and cracked a patio table. They pointed it out and offered to replace the entire table, but it only needed the glass. They contacted Patio World and delivered the new glass top within a couple weeks. This is a fast, courteous and clean operation.
