Brian S.This company is currently working on a complete reroofing of our Townhouse community. This project has been a disaster from start to it's current point. 2/3 of the houses were stripped of their old roofs and no new metal has been placed on the roofs. The roofs have been in this condition for 3 months. My unit had horrible leaks after they pulled the old roof tiles off and put temporary paper on top of the plywood base. This was supposed to be a 16 week project, but after 12 weeks they are not even 10% done with the roofs. At their current pace a 4 month project is going to take a complete year. They are way over their heads. Don't book this vendor if you require anything done in a timely manner.
