Hoping I won't have an urgent need to call Mike Parsons again but if I do have the need I won't hesitate to call him. Not only was Mike friendly, professional and KNOWLEDGABLE he went over and beyond my expectations of following up on ALL work, including checking on the tarp that was required until insurance signed off. We live in a WINDY area and had rain predicted so he wanted to make sure tarp remained secure. His word was as valuable as his written contracts/quotes. He did not gloss over any major or minor detail in the repair of our tile roof (a tree fell on it and cracked many of the tiles). The replaced tiles are barely visible and are only somewhat visible as the old ones have faded a bit and the new ones need a short period of time to fade and blend completely in. There was NO indication on the ground as to the work being done, all debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Mike made me feel like I had a trusted family member/friend doing all the repairs. Thank you Mike and Noah for the expert work.

I had a wonderful experience using Roof N It this April to replace the front half of my roof due to leaks. Mike and his crew were personable and professional. They handled everything in my yard with great care. The roof now looks great and I have received compliments on the detailing they did. I will certainly use them again for any roof work I may need in the future. Thank you!

Mike is a horrible person and just plain mean and rude. He doesn't stand by his work Our roof started to leak this week due to the heavy rains when I asked him to come out he refused and said because we delayed payment at the end he wasn't coming out. When the job was completed he wouldn't let us on the roof to check the work therefore we withheld payment until we could inspect. This is a commercial building with 3 air units on top. Our HVAC company said one of the AC units was missing a part after their work and it would cost $500 to replace. When I told Mike this he lost his mind started yelling at us like it was our fault when it was his guys who lost the part. Overall I would never reccomend this company to anyone.

Michael did not stand behind his work on my job. The first time it rained his new roof leaked in several places and he blamed the leaks on me? His attitude was hostile and unwilling to take responsibility for the poor work. Buyer beware.

Mike is not honest. He hires contractors to do work on his home but does not pay them after complete. I don't think he would like it if customers did this to him when he replaces a roof on their house. We helped build Mike's home in a remote location , spent months there doing work and he refused to pay us when it was complete. I should have gave this review years ago . I hate to see people like this profit when they are not honest with people they hire.

I agree with many of the other posters here about sub-par service of Roof'n-It and Mike Parsons in particular. Roof'n-It completed a significant roofing project at our home and everything went smoothly until an issue arose involving the team causing some damage to our house. I raised it with Mike and before I could even explain what happened, Mike started yelling and name calling, blaming me for the issue, trying to taunt me into suing him, and threatening to show up at my home and ""settle it man to man."" Then he hung up. I have never had a worse experience interacting with a service provider in any context.

Parson's hostile demeanor is all the more puzzling because the issue could have been easily resolved. Roof'n-It and Parsons simply did not take responsibility for their actions and their work.

Problems can occasionally arise on a project and how a person handles those situations speaks volumes to their character. That Parsons decided to resort to threats and name calling rather than being a professional gives you a sense of his.

I cannot say enough good things about Roof'N It / Mike Parsons and his team. We hired him to replace the roof on our weekend/vacation family cabin in Wrightwood and could not be more pleased with the result. He was a great communicator, and very accommodating to the fact this isn't our full-time residence. He gladly mailed the contract to our primary residence, and patiently awaited its return without pestering or any pressure.

We received several other bids which averaged 20-25% higher, and did not include nearly the scope of work completed by Roof'N It. His bid included the refabrication and waterproofing to the upper end of the chimney, which was badly needed, and not pointed out by any of the other contractors. The bid also included a flat $$$ rate for underlayment replacement, instead of a piecemeal ""we'll let you know once we tear everything off"" approach - which would have left us at their mercy.

On a somewhat related note, Mike has been roofing for more than 35 years - which tells you he's not exactly a young man, and yet he is strong as an ox. I watched him unload and carry an extra tall extension ladder from his truck as if it were a feather. This tells me he loves what he does and takes care of himself to ensure he can keep roofing. There's something to be said for that.

Mike Parsons roofed our house last October. He was punctual, quick and honest in his bid! He did a great job and cleaned up the site afterward. We have had an unusually wet and snowy winter and there have been no leaks. The roof looks great. I would highly recommend him. Mike Parsons has owned this business for years. He and his workers were a pleasure to have on my property.

Horrible service when calling for a quote. Mike Bennett had an offensive demeanor, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone! Not only that.. It's a bad name too. Roof'n it???

I received a few roofing recommendations from chino connects and made some calls. It's of huge importance to me that I get the right person for the job, it's no small task and this is my home!! I'm appalled at the service I received from one Mike Bennett of ROOF'N IT!! I found him arrogant and offensive! He refused to bid my job because he assumed he knew my budget. He was so rude, I'd never recommend him to anyone! I understand roofers must be busy at this time of year but it doesn't give him the right to speak down to someone the way he did!! I appreciate all other recommendations they seem to be working out ok, I just had to share my experience so other avoid being treated this way.
