Working with Mark was a very positive experience. We had a roof leak during a storm and RoofMD came and pointed out that there were many loose tiles and it was time for a new roof. He helped us work through the process with the Insurance company to get it replaced (which took a while). When it came to actually getting the work done, the roof was done in about a half day (Townhome) and we could rest easy. A few months later Mark was very responsive in getting additional documentation and photos of the new roof to provide to our insurance for updated rates. Definitely recommend him and his team based on our experience.

Couldn't even provide an estimate after 2 weeks. Buyer beware. This guy sucks. Pissed off my neighbors while inspecting the property. Talks a big game but can't follow through. Don't be fooled. Literally hire anyone else

A lien was put on our house by the lumber supply company Mark was using because he did not pay them. We finally had to pay them in order to sell our house. We threatened him with small claims court to get back the money we had to pay to have the lien removed ($4,000+). We set a date and filled out the forms for small claims court and, to avoid that, he finally paid us back. The whole process took about 6 months. Beware!

Multiple five star reviews on Facebook shows overall this company does good work and is reliable. I'm sure with COVID-19 they have faced challenges with turnover and project delays like any other business in today's climate. Give them a call, they know roofing, and will get the job done right!

These guys appear on the edge of going under. Much more interested in early pre-payment than quality. In my experience this may indicate cash flow problems...although not always.

Owner told me he'd be out to check on subcontractor work. Nope! Never showed. Asked for total payment before work completed!!! Riiight!

I invited this firm to my home to review a variety of issues that needed to be corrected with waterproofing, gutters, etc. The leader and technician seemed thorough in their investigation and took extensive notes. He told me he had to get income tax forms out in the next few days, so to expect it to be a few days for an estimate. That was a month ago, and I haven't heard a word since. I could understand if they decided they were for some reason not able to undertake the job. But the failure to extend the minimal courtesy of getting back to me within a month to let me know the status, is unacceptable to me, and not the mark of a company with which I would recommend doing business. I have decided to look elsewhere, and suggest you may want to, also.
